City Mac is fantastic! Responsive, efficient, and proficient! Thank you, Alex, for your assistance! Came in for a break in my laptop screen (I think) and they were communicative about everything from diagnosis and prognosis and they delivered a perfect laptop right on schedule. They even safely housed it until I returned from out of town. They’ve been the best local place for products and repairs that I’ve been to!

My MacBook exhibited problems with display. CityMac was able to schedule service within 2 business days. In addition to the display screen they also replaced battery (under warranty). Ready ahead of schedule. Great communication.

Recently I was having problems with my MAC and visited City MAC in Bellingham for help. Alex identified several issues and immediately fixed the problems that fixed them all. I was very impressed with the quality of service technicians and would highly recommend CITY MAC!

CityMac identified a hardware failure and replaced the hard drive in 4 hours! I appreciated being up and running again so quickly. I also appreciated their professional but friendly staff. As an older adult I find that some service techs treat senior citizens as if they are small children. Not the case at CityMac!!

Walked in and they replaced my iPhone 15 Pro screen a few hours before closing. Grateful for them, they were tremendous help. Glad that it’s original Apple product too.

It’s very traumatic when your computer goes down but these guys calmly worked me through any issues. The computer was finished in only a couple days, which was faster than I’d expected. I’m glad there is still this friendly store in Bellingham.

The iMac Pro is the second computer I've purchased at CityMac. Diego was an excellent listener as I shared my computer needs and the research I'd already done. He answered my questions thoroughly and respectfully. As a 72 year old woman, sometimes the younger folk find more humor than care. Diego took me seriously, and helped equip me to further my photography.
