My therapist told me she had to stop seeing me because she was starting her own practice which my insurance wouldnt accept - but she never stopped working at compass, it’s been years now. Turns out she was just trying to ditch me..

The most dehumanizing, apathetic bunch of self-proclaimed heroes I have ever encountered. Don't trust them. EVER.

At least one of the front end staff is completely useless and doesn’t care to help people that are seeking help

Great services in Children's Therapy. They are very good at working with everyone's schedules to get you in a regular opening. My grand child didn't mesh with the first assigned therapist, nothing about them personally she just wasn't open to them as that happens. After speaking to an office worker another therapist was assigned and it is going much better. The staff are all very professional yet kind and caring not only to the client but also her sister, they always offer her a treat after also. Highly recommend the services at this office location.

Just an F.Y.I about Compass Health: when first scheduled with what I thought was a therapist appointment, I was surprised when I asked the scheduler what qualifications my "Counselor" had, I was told that the person I would be telling all of my most vulnerable information to would be an intern, I was shocked. It is important when seeking Behavioral Health support, to ask questions. Having had situations in the past with other Behavioral Health organizations wherein the "Counselor" I visited was very unprofessional, I have become a skeptic because I don't want to entrust the wrong person with my privacy, I've learned to investigate before I commit to an ongoing relationship built on trust. I suggest others do the same.

They take too long to do their job and it takes weeks to get referred to a psychologist or therapist. They are friendly and if you put pressure on them to find out what is going on you get vague answers in a large window of time

There staff is very disrespectful don't take in consideration on the clients needs they don't listen it's all about the money for them sadly and it shouldn't be that way... I wouldn't recommend going here at all.

I went to compass health after I got released from a mental hospital when I was 13. they had no female counselors in the whole facility and told me the only available counselor was an elderly man, I told them I would be uncomfortable with a male counselor, that’s when they told me something had changed and I could talk to a woman. when I walked in it was the receptionist and it was extremely awkward and she obviously did not know what she was doing or how to counsel, I asked her if she had any type of college experience with psychology. she said no I’m a receptionist. I got up and left and never will go back
