They charged me $20 for my passport photo, which is totally normal and then they demanded an *additional* $40 just to email me the picture.
I get that life is expensive, but that's ridiculous.

Alright buddy, I actually didn't bring up the fact that we didn't discuss pricing before I bought my passport photo because I think the fault there was mine (I didn't ask about pricing before getting my picture taken.)
That being said, now you're just straight up lying. There was zero talk of pricing before the service. I had my photo taken, paid the $20, and it was only *after* I paid for the photos and asked about a digital copy that you mentioned it would cost me $40 additionally.
Then I watched you put the photo on a thumb drive, walk it over to the computer, and have your colleague email it to me. This entire process took about 45 seconds.

These guys are always AMAZING! I've used them for work, community and personal projects and they always deliver. Super fantastic communication about what exactly you need, having proofs in hand for you to look over if you'd like, and exceed expectations when it comes to making your timeline work. The folks working here have been AMAZING!!! Every time I need something printed for work, they come through. Each time I have needed a large print order at the last second, they come through and give us QUALITY prints. I am so grateful to the workers at Copy Source. One time, I had a rushed timeline and accidentally came late to pick up a print - the store was closed. I sat in my car to email my supervisor when one gentleman came to open the door. We made eye contact, and he signaled me to come in. He was just dropping in to do something quick but made time to help a customer even after close. That act of kindness made a very stressful day turn around. Thank you!

I've worked with Copy Source since I joined Western Solar in 2014. They have always been quick and responsive, while providing me with quality printed materials. We most recently had a last-minute event that I needed to print trifold brochures for, and I sent over the final artwork at 3pm on Wednesday, hoping there would be enough time to complete them by end of day Friday. By 4:20pm, they had a proof ready for me to review, and at 6pm I received an email that the brochures were ready to pick up. In the span of three hours, my order was proofed, printed, trimmed, folded, and packaged — way beyond any expectations I had for turnaround time.
My own family has a printing shop down on Whidbey Island, so I know first-hand how thankless and stressful their work can be. I'm so thankful to Gulam and his team for the incredible service they provide each and every time, and I'm sorry it took me ten years to write a review!

I printed all my wedding signage and stationary at copysource and I had the best experience. Gulam was very helpful and walked me through all of the options for each file I needed to print. Copysource had proofs ready for me to approve later that afternoon and all my signs were ready the next day. I appreciated that staff were helpful and able to answer all of my questions! Would highly recommend copysource to anyone looking to print signs or stationary for a wedding or event!
