The employees there are most helpful.Alot to learn, but they strive to be informed and share.

Amy the manager is a lunatic. She started yelling and screaming. Telling me to leave the store. I did nothing. She is very unstable. I don’t recommend that store in Bellingham.

Would put zero stars if I could. The employee was extremely and unnecessarily rude. Would absolutely not recommend going into this store.

Storage manger gave out my name and my friends. Saying I was rude when I was just trying to figure out my account set up and went out of her way to complain to my teacher. Not going back and giving them my service when I go and spend hundreds $

If you are a regular customer they won't even sell you any item. I can't believe there is a business like this. There is no sign directing this for license hair technician, and Cosmologist. I felt very judged to the extent that the associate sounded disdain, unmotivated, and depressed. It's disappointing that you can't buy a item and being told that you have to be licensed. I think this store should not be open to the public, and perhaps market themselves online.

Spent 15 mins shopping here. Not a single person came up to me to ask me if I needed help. After picking out my items I went up to the front and was told I couldn’t purchase my items because I’m not licensed. I was trying to buy a brush.... anyways, with no postings, and no customer help, it was a huge waste of my time. Also, if I can see your nose, you aren’t wearing your mask right.

I visited them because I was in a parking spot by their place and someone parked too close to my driver's door and I couldn't get into my car so I asked them if the owner of the other car was in their store and they said no.

The Bellingham staff at Cosmo prof is horrible and second rate… I walked in and was told I had to leave immediately by “the manager” even though I’m unable to medically wear one. I told her I have shopped there before and she said no way would she ever have let me in or would she now. Then when I called my order in from the car ( like they said I could) they refused to place my order because my cell phone name did not match the name on my account.I will now be making all my orders from the app and avoiding the Bellingham staff at all costswhile I was in there there were zero other customers and they were helping no one & the were standing around talking at the counter and they still found the time to be rude and unhelpful

My wife is an immigrant without strong English and she is a cosmetology student. Two times she has been rejected from shopping at CosmoProf in Bellingham. Unreal. The first time we arrived at the store fifteen minutes before closing, picked out several things and proceeded to check out. Since it was five minutes until close at that point the staff said they didn't have time to register her as a new customer. Okay, I guess maybe they were in a hurry and we let it pass. But, the second time, today, my wife did her shopping in the middle of the day. When she gave her student card to the staff at the register to checkout, they said they needed to validate her as a student at the school. My wife had the feeling they didn't trust her because she is nervous with her English at times like this. (are people really trying to buy professional hair products on the sly?). The staff actually called the school and it went to voicemail since the school is closed on weekends. They told her they couldn't sell to her and she should go to a different store. Completely unreal. I can tell you from my wife's experience it is so hard for non-native English speakers to fit in sometimes and this is another example.

First time here with my sister and the representative that assisted my sister seemed very judgmental. She barely helped my sister find the items she needed and then when it came time to check out she didn't allow my sister to buy the items because my sister wasn't a cosmetologist or studying to become one. I'm sorry but please explain to me where are the signs in your store that state that someone has to have a cosmetologist license in order to purchase items from your store. Please explain to me why you also didn't state this information to us while we asked for your assistance. I personally feel this customer service rep was casting judgement because of how we either looked or dressed. Will never shop here again.
