I specifically brought my Dodge Journey in because my exhaust system was making noise. They accused me of lying to them & that I was trying to get them to fix an old problem. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP. They took pictures. I said you can't hear the exhaust system from a picture!

Positive blast for 1st Class Auto Body in Bellingham! They have serviced our vehicle twice in the last month after it was involved in an accident while parked. Not only is the work extremely well done, our car was given back to us both times in better condition than it was dropped off. The items in our vehicle were neatly stacked in the backseat and the entire car was cleaned both times inside and out. The tires were even shined and it was there for a bumper repair, so we left feeling extremely taken care of. The customer service was also top notch, we had a rental car waiting for us as we arrived and the team at 1st Class Auto-body communicated with our insurance company and enterprise to extend the vehicle rental without us having to do anything! Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ services through and through. Highly recommended.
