My wife called and told customer service in August and to cancel our line when it was up in September. Cricket has been taking $62 a month out of my bank account for a phone we do not have and for a line they were supposed to cancel. They said they can’t refund my money due to policy and I have to dispute it with my bank and it’s not their fault. This is crap and i deserve a refund.

The staff here are great but Cricket and AT&T are terrible and predatory service providers and good luck getting through to customer service.

The employee working on thurs, September 14 was excellent. He helped me get a new phone and a US phone plan after moving here from Canada. The prices were extremely transparent and he did a great job finding what worked for us, while helping multiple customers very efficiently.

Really shady service from Bellinghams Meridian office..super bummed..not only did the guy act like I was an inconvenience to return a phone I had purchased after only having it for 2 hours but he lied to me and said there was no price difference(the one i was returning was actually $100 more) and then sent me a vm today saying I need to bring back my box(that he mistakenly sent me home with, 6 days ago) or i would be charged the difference of the more expensive phone..i have the cheaper phone and never even got a refund to begin with in the price difference(because he lied and said there was no price difference)..too long a story to type but i guess i have to go return this box today and hope i can recover the $100 difference..almost a week later. The worst customer service I have encountered to date.. If you have to go into this office do not get help from a man named Juan:/ I wish that i didnt have to go back in..

I’ve been using Cricket for nearly a decade and I’ve always sung praises- cheap phones, good service, friendly representatives. The last 3 times (over the last month) I’ve been in to the Bellingham location on Meridian, the folks working have been extremely rude to me and my partner- like… so rude. I’ve worked in sales/retail/service forever, I know it can be trying, but I’m a good customer and a pretty patient person. I’m really bummed and will be looking elsewhere.
