Kass has been fantastic with my own animal’s grooming needs over the years in addition she donates her time to our rescue, HappyTailsHappyHomes, She helps us rehabilitate some of our worse case neglected/horded/abused dogs back to an acceptable appearance so they can be taken care of in a foster home, until they are healthy & can be adopted into a safe loving fur ever home! And we have rescuedsome very sad looking dogs over the years. So if her prices have increased a bit over the past year I am certain her overhead has as well !

Seemed nice enough but did a terrible scissors job on my perfect pooch. Maybe she specializes in poodles or similar cut but she literally had no idea how to trim the face on our labordoodle. The one star is because she attempted it and ruined his look for the next few weeks without telling me she had no idea what she was doing.
