Dallas and Payton both went above and beyond in helping us find everything we needed. From the first time we stopped into the store to briefly look to see what they had, to ordering the appliances Dallas made sure we understood what we were purchasing and timelines on when things would arrive. You can be exceptionally pleased with your tech employee James Schwandt. He visited my home January 15, 2024 to resolve two problems with a new-to-me electric range. The top panel was damaged and the right rear element didn't work at all. On his arrival he scored points by removing his shoes before asked. James was very polite and professional throughout his visit. Not only did he do a thorough review, but he shared the findings, and recommended solution with us. Must have had lots of experience and paid attention during his training. You are fortunate to have this respectful man (of your company and me) on your team!

Mitch with D & B service department helped us with our dishwasher. He was efficient, knowledgeable and did a great job. Fees are high but they came out the day we called which we appreciated. Thank you Mitch!

James Schwandt came out to our house to help us with our dishwasher. He was so delightful, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix our problem but he explained some other potential issues that we could avoid by properly using our dishwasher. He was extremely helpful and had excellent communication skills. We had service man James Schwandt out to do a repair on our washing machine. He was very helpful, polite , and friendly. He found a different problem than what he came to fix and had to order another part. It will take 7-10 days before fixing. He applied a stop gap fix to minimize our leaking until it can be fixed. We really appreciated his helpfulness and looking forward to seeing him again.
