Apparently they have hired male models for installation because the most handsome man I have ever seen in my life showed up at my door to deliver a washing machine. I was speechless! Like, sir... you are in the wrong industry. I might need to order a dryer too... ??

We are pleased to recommend Dewaard & Bode for all your appliance needs. We had a very positive experience with Ralph, who helped us locate the refrigerator we were searching for, after we needed to replace our 23 year old model. They had it in the store and it was delivered right away. We loved it, but after a few days, we asked for a service call because of a loud whining noise. A tech came within the week but unfortunately couldn’t find the source of the sound. After a few more visits, we asked to have the fridge replaced. Ralph was very patient and understanding, and ordered a new unit that we chose (different brand), while we were able to keep the original fridge until it arrived.The new unit arrived and wouldn’t you know, it had an annoying rattle sound. A tech came out but couldn’t determine the source of the noise. Later Mike Miller was sent and he didn’t stop until he found it! After a quick fix, our kitchen/family room is peaceful again. And, we love the features of the new fridge! It has been great working with everyone from Dewaard and we highly recommend them.

We’ve had nothing but positive interactions with D&B. Great products and great service to back them up. But this time really raised the bar for high quality service. We have an extended warranty on our appliance meaning they don’t make money on service calls at this point. I left a message on Tuesday morning and the call was returned within a few hours and we were scheduled for the next day. The woman I spoke with was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She gave a quick and thorough explanation of what to expect including the name of our repair person. Something I appreciate knowing ahead of time. Everything unfolded exactly as described.James S. is one of the best if not the best repair person I’ve interacted with. Professional and personable, he got in and got to work assessing the situation while keeping me informed about what he was seeing and the repairs involved and the timeline. I greatly appreciated him and his work. He was efficient, thorough and friendly all at the same time. Not always easy to do. And as an added bonus he was amazing with our dog.

Service lady here is frustrating.Been having an ongoing issue showing that a previous homeowner bought a unit here. They can’t find the records. Its not under my name. For several years i have a non-working oven. This lady has no cares for customers.It almost makes me want to stop doing biz here altogether.Owners please take note I asked for a supervisor and she claims she is it. I do support local business and have bought all of my appliances here for 2 homes in past 10 years. I do not feel valued as a customer by this lady.

Very Poor after sale service. I had to visit them 8 times before they started paying attention to my problem. Buying stuff from them was our big mistake.

Our stove went out the week before Christmas (eeek!) and Wanda was so kind and helpful on the phone! I had to hunt for the make and model and she was so patient. She, Ralph, and Jeff made sure to push our order through so we could have a stove in time for Christmas! Thanks so much, you guys!

Poor products. Bought a expensive fume hood and it went bad in less than 2 years and they are now asking double the amount to fix it. Never trust these guys.

Customer service is really bad, especially the builders Department is full of dumb people, they make excuses and their thousand dollar products go bad within a year. Just a pathetic company and service.

Our sales person Jeff was incredible!He understood what I was looking for and went through the differences between the items I was looking at.On top of that he kept in touch with me on where my products were at and when I should be receiving them.The husband and I really liked the delivery guys.They were very respectful, professional and very niceThey cleaned up after themselves and explained how my new stove Jewel worked. That's what I named her Jewel, she's a real gem I just love it!!!Thank you for everything...

We bought a gas range and hood from DeWaard & Bode and installation happened today. The two gentlemen who did the install spent over 2 hours and were so careful, thoughtful, thorough and professional. We were impressed. Jeff Kok was our sales person and he gave us good options and lots of information and we’re really happy with both the range and the hood. We are especially happy with the customer service we received. It’s sort of a dying art any more and we were impressed with both the sales and installation people. Highly recommend them solely based on customer service. We are expecting to love the appliances too.

Really liked the service by JamesS. Called because my 15 month old Kitchenaid dishwasher stopped working. James found the problem right away, and although it will take 7-10 business days for the new part, he took the time to show us a workaround solution so that we could continue to use our dishwasher in the meantime. He was friendly, patient with our questions, and knowledgeable. He was an expert in every sense of the word.DeWaard and Bode has always provided great repair service when we need it.
