That was the best tire experience of my long lived life. Mason, my salesperson went way over my expectations, and got me the best deal . I can't thank him enough. Later, Elijah came out and said your car will be ready in 15 minutes. He then drove the car out , and was very friendly. You have such a wonderful class of people working for you.

I would 100% recommend this discount tire and the brand as a whole. They do amazing work and always have the best prices around. The staff are always knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, consistently great customer service from this location. I've had multiple sets of tires done here and will keep coming back without a doubt.

Amazing!! I want to give everyone a huge thanks. Came in very flustered in a time crunch, needed my tires replaced and Ashley was so kind and did extra work for me just so i could make it to Seattle on time. Job was done fast and efficiently. So grateful! Thanks guys!

Called ahead, had 1 car in the bay when I arrived that was just changing out a spare. Still at the front counter for more than a minute and a half without anyone even saying hello. Once checked in went next door for 20 minutes, came back and I still hadn’t even pulled my rig in. All bays were empty and the excuse was that someone else had checked in at the same time I did.
This just shows that poor management trickles down.
After waiting for another bit, went into the Lu and found that it had not been cleaned for what looked like months due to the absolute disgusting filth on the floors and walls.
In his defense I must say, Justin, the gentleman that check me in was very friendly and was thorough at his job however, very obvious when management does not stay involved and just let the children run free.

I was welcomed, walked to my vehicle to inspect my tires, and received a tire rotation. I also needed wipers, so I purchased those. Thank you!

This is my second time going to this location and I’ve had excellent service both times, I believe the person that helped me is named Tyler, he gave great Customer Service And was extremely helpful!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I went in because I had a flat tire. Fully expecting to have replace my tire, I was pleasantly suprised when they showed me the screw that was in my tire and said "it's all fixed" for free!
