Sunday morning 8am opening? Still closed at 9am...picking up package forced to wait in below freezing temps...this store under 'new management' gets less than zero rating

Super nice staff and manager. I always leave with more than I intended. Great price for gardening gloves, picture frames, party supplies, and craft supplies. The shelves are a little barren at the moment, I'm hoping it's temporary, as I've never seen it like that before.
