They go above and beyond to welcome newcomers into the community and make everyone feel welcome and at ease, with customers feeling recognized even after only a few visits. They take time to understand needs and preferences, offering expert guidance without being pushy. They provide helpful suggestions and exceptional service, making it easy for complete newbies to find the perfect bike. The staff has personal experience with most products they sell. Even when absolutely swamped, the service remains incredible and efficient, ensuring a positive experience. They also expertly pack and ship bikes across the country with very thorough packing, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Customers are grateful for the shop and recommend it highly.
Went in to buy Christmas gifts for family and was blown away by the friendly and helpful staff! Will be going here for all future bike needs!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who always have the parts I need in stock. Worth the 30-40 min drive for me to go to a bike shop that still has the good old fashioned feel but a new, modern stock of parts and bikes.
