They provide helpful suggestions and exceptional service, making it easy for complete newbies to find the perfect bike. The staff has personal experience with most products they sell.
Even when absolutely swamped, the service remains incredible and efficient, ensuring a positive experience. They also expertly pack and ship bikes across the country with very thorough packing, ensuring they arrive in perfect condition. Customers are grateful for the shop and recommend it highly.
