Most of the time there is never an issue when I rent from Enterprise. However, my most recent experience was not great! The car we ended up with had some engine issues and upon returning, was denied any sort of discount or reimbursement after speaking with a representative at the rental office.

We recently rented a van from Enterprise. ALL of the customer service people we worked with were EXCEPTIONAL in terms of knowing what we needed and knowing how to get us what we needed. The van served us well for the time we needed it. I will use Enterprise again. Thanks Bellingham Enterprise!
