Reserved a car, but was told when I arrived that they had low inventory (due to the holiday), so could not rent me the vehicle. They said they had tried to contact me, but that no phone number was associated to the account, so they couldn't reach me. However, I confirmed in my reservation that both phone and email were included. Although I was now stranded without a car, they offered me no solutions to assist and just shrugged their shoulders and gave a half-hearted apology. Terrible experience and poor customer service from someone who was apparently a manager. Definitely choose one of the other car rentals available at this airport.

Very poor Customer Service. I’ve been an Enterprise Customer for over 20 years and still use them. I would never use the Bellingham Downtown location. I use Mt. Vernon. That tells you right there of my disgust of the Bellingham Enterprise location. As for the Mt. Vernon location? They ROCK and filled expectations like most Enterprise locations that I’ve used. Between San Bernardino, Ca South and the Truckee, Ca locations I spent almost 11 grand in a two year period of 2015-2016 between those two locations. That San Bernardino location really kicks butt in Satisfying Customers. I know this and contributes towards Bellingham, Wa location. They absolutely SMOKE this Bellingham, Wa location. Never will spend a dollar with Bellingham, Wa Enterprise. Great job Carlos?

I reserved a car for 10pm and my flight was delayed and arrived at 10:25pm. I understand they close at 10pm but I called a couple days before my flight to make sure I would have a car and they told me as long as I provided my flight information (they were given all information needed) they will stay up to 2 hours after closing. To be here sitting outside without a vehicle is not acceptable when I was blatantly lied to. I would never recommend this enterprise to my worst enemy.

Lip service and nothing more.If you want someone to tell you no problem, they'll help you out, they'll get back to you, they'll call you as soon as a car comes in. Then this is your place. But if you actually want a car go someplace else. Lip service was provided by Elliott Johnson.

Enterprise rent a car ? @ Bellingham, WA Airport.Enterprise Manager Chad hooked me up w/ a long term rental very nice 4x4 vehicle. Chad took the time to listen to my requests and was very professional and helpful. Enterprise also provides very clean vehicles at the Bellingham Airport ? ? ?Chad and staff members are a pleasure ? to deal with, all are very helpful. Thanks for the professionalism and support.

So I have been trying to get a rental from them since 12-23 I understood the situation they have been having with rentals over the weekend/holidays. But now they still screwing me over and was called by enterprise 2pm 12/27 saying reservation is ready for picked at the Iowa location. I called to confirm and they said no they do not have any cars till later in the evening. So they said they will call me after 1pm 12/28 today and have a car for me. No calls from them so now I call them and the branch manager forgot his name tells me to come back tomorrow for a car. Also telling me that they called me multiple times for pickup. But I never had received any calls. Not only that he calls me d*** and a liar. Really dude. This location needs to get their stories straight!

The reservation computers crashed at WestJet and flights were cancelled. We rented a mini van one way to LA from Bellingham. This location has great staff and a very simple and efficient check in. It must have only taken 5 minutes from start to finish. We dealt with agent Chad. He is an asset to Enterprise.

Enterprise in Bellingham is very good one. The staff and the procedure to take the car is very smooth and simple. We love this car rental company in this location.
