Their services are reasonably priced and they covered everything with me in detail, answered any questions I had and made certain I received any discounts I was eligible for. And they’re open on Saturdays! Highly recommended!

As a woman who knows very little about cars, it’s important to have an auto shop that you can trust. Not once have Brian and the Team at Firestone ever tried to upsell me into getting unnecessary work done in my car. In fact, quite the opposite. They are honest and fair and do great work! Never taking my car anywhere else and I always recommend them to anyone needing a good and trustworthy auto shop for all their regular car maintenance needs!

We have multiple cars that we take to Firestone for car care. They provide excellent customer and technical service. Firestone's knowledge and maintenance of our vehicles gives us peace of mind, knowing our clients will be riding in a safe and reliable car.

Made an appointment request. Never hear from them. The website said they would get in touch if a change was needed. Showed up and there was no appointment. Waste of time.

First time trying firestone to service my vehicle. The employees are condescending and dismissive. I paid for a multitude of services that in my opinion were overpriced, but I don’t have a problem paying more for quality.
The only issue is that they didn’t change my wiper blades (which I paid over $50 for), and they took about 8 hours to do a vehicle inspection and an oil change.
When I went back to complain about the wiper blades they attempted to gaslight me that they were in fact new when they clearly weren’t. They then back pedaled and switched them out when they realized they were in the wrong.
Main issue is that I want a business that will own up to their mistakes and make it right in the end. Also, how am I ever supposed to know now if they actually gave me what I paid for.
Unfortunate.

They were willing to install a new tire even though it was 15 minutes before their closing time. They finished the job even after the closing and were very courteous.

I was to able to come in and they diagnose my car and Service Advisor told me exactly what was wrong with my car and next steps to proceed.

Made an appointment online (because I discovered the the problem after hours) and when actually talking to a person at the store, there was NO APPOINTMENT and they couldn't help me for 6 hours. They say that the online system doesn't take into account what they have scheduled in store. There is absolutely NO reason to have an online system if it does nothing but mislead and aggravate people.

A colossal waste of time. They knew I was on a time constraint when scheduling my appointment for a headlight replacement. It took them an hour just to tell me that it would take longer than expected (they knew what kind of car I had before scheduling and I told them it required more than a normal bulb.

Went in for an aliment, took my car back thinking everything would be fine. My hood wasn’t closed all the way after them, hood flew open on the freeway. Another thing is they chipped my freshly painted wheels doing a balancing, I’m assuming they hit my wheel with a socket. They refuse to admit it was them and sent me on my way. Would not recommend!
