This establishment demonstrates inconsistent levels of customer service from its employees; the mall's staff provides a superior experience(before it closed) It is concerning when staff prioritize personal conversations over customer interactions.

My local store has very friendly associates, and they provide good customer service. They are however usually out of stock of pokemon and magic due to high demand, but that is more of a distribution problem.
Would recommend going to this GameStop over others.

Not as many toys as some of the other GameStop's, but good game selection.

Was going to Pre-Order Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom from Amazon, but saw that Gamestop was giving away Wooden Art Plaques with a Pre-Order of Zelda, so I ordered through them instead. Upon delivery, I realized that my wooden plaque (which was the only reason I pre-ordered through Gamestop) was not with my game. I called Gamestop and told an employee. They then tried to hand the phone off to their P.I.C., who then told me, "Yeah, sorry there's nothing we can do. Have a good day." And hung up the phone on me. Scammers....

TLDR: New games aren't factory sealed. Not recommended to buy new games there. Recently went to buy a Pokemon game for the Switch. To my surprise, the employee went up to the drawer and pulled out the cartridge in a CD folder, saying, "Don't worry, it's new." She proceeded to get the game case from the display rack, take off the "new" tag, and place the cartridge inside. To top it off, she wrapped the case (now with game inside) in a plastic wrapping too large, making it look like a scammer's attempt at a reseal. This spectacle reminded me of resealing a bag of potato chips after opening it or resealing an opened pack of Pokemon cards and passing them off as "new." It doesn't mean the chips and cards aren't new, but it looks dubious at best. I was in a rush to get this game for someone else, so I ended up making the purchase, but I would not recommend buying new games there.
