Cool kitchen and home decor place in downtown Bellingham. There are some real nice furniture pieces, especially dining tables and chairs. The staff is very attentive. They also do some decor ordering. It's a very clean and modern store!

I love your store, but the opening hours online are wrong. Online it says 10am, but the sign on the door says 11am. About ten customers have come by on one of the biggest shopping days of the year. You’re losing business. We finally left because your own employee who was waiting outside didn’t know what time you opened.

A wonderful store, beautiful home items such as furnishings, quality cookware, decorating items, soaps and candles, kitchenware, glassware, etc. And the Christmas selection is so fun, so much to choose from!

I am eager to write a five star review here! I am a local realtor and need staging done in a high quality fashion and sometimes in a particular style. I look for this in a timely way and at a good price. So this past month I needed staging done in a particular saltwater beach/seaside look and Greenhouse consultant Bre really nailed it - the "Costal Cabin" collection! I had a first evening neighborhood open house party the first evening the home listed and all the 50 people loved what the greenhouse had accomplished. First I had a single consultation and Bre was willing to work with some of the owners' furniture since they still wanted to live there to some extent. Then the crew came the day of installation and the two drivers carefully brought things in. Then there was a group of great staging "technicians" that came in and between them all came up with just such great placement and collective design and decor sense - it came together so well. This was all at a very sweet price for this seller. The sellers were extremely happy with the end product. AND - their home just pended at a good price and I think we have to credit a lot of this to the staging. Very thankful for the whole experience and process.

I love this carefully curated home goods store - it's a great place to find a local gift, pick up some seasonal decor items, or furnish your house. Love stopping in here whenever I'm in downtown Bellingham.

Atrocious customer service today. Elderly lady working the front was so judgmental and turned me off from making a purchase. I came in to show my boyfriend this store for potential Mother’s Day gifts, and to buy something for my grandmother. He asked your employee a simple question, and she couldn’t even look at him and scoffed him away. I walked out BAFFLED.

I ordered a dining table in mid-July, which they then emailed me a week later saying it would be delivered the first week of August. It was never delivered. I emailed back and never got a response, so I finally called the store. The woman was rude and said it had shipped out last week. She finally said she would call me back with a tracking number. Never called me back. I called again, she was once again rude and didn’t have a tracking number. After a week I decided to dispute the charge on my card since they weren’t willing to help me find out where my table was. I got a call a week later from a trucking company that they had my table…. Not only did they show up way outside the delivery window I was given, you can see the photo of how it arrived. The boxes surrounding it were full of trash, they left the wood pallet and everything. I was left to get a 150 pound dining table out of the box and up a flight of stairs by myself lol. I saw the same table at another store for more money, and I deeply regret not spending more money on the table to avoid this hassle. I wouldn’t recommend ordering large furniture from this store, and considering they were very rude on the phone I’m not sure I’d recommend coming into the store either. Also not once did I get an email back from them, except for one vague email that said “your table should arrive soon.” Not professional, or helpful at all.

I placed an order online for 3 pillows. Waited over a month for these pillows. I sent a couple of emails with no answer at first inquiring to the status of order. Finally I get a confirmation that 2 pillows were being shipped out and I got refunded for one they didn’t have. No apologies or anything as to a month delay. I wonder if I didn’t complain several times if I was ever going to get my order. One pillow was delivered. The other pillow I was told shipped and I got a UPS tracking number. I have been waiting now a month for this one. UPS told me a label was created but they don’t have package. As of today September 16th 2022 I have emailed Greenhouse several times with no answer. I asked for the pillow or a refund of $34.95. They don’t answer any emails. So basically they stole $34.95. Not answering emails and acting like you don’t care is horrible customer and is very dishonest. I should have never waited over a month for my order with no updates. I should get an email answered regarding my order or a refund. Do not order online from this establishment. You will highly be disappointed.

The Greenhouse in Bellingham has been a favorite of mine, to peruse while in the area, for the last 6-7 years. they have a wonderful selection of home goods and we always seem to find just the right decoration or gift there while spending the day in Fairhaven and Bellingham. Recently, my husband and I had been looking for a dining table and chairs in the usual places for us, Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware. We had been amazed and chagrined by the delivery times--up to a year for 1-style of chair we wanted...so very glad we happened into The Greenhouse and actually found a table that we loved--delivery expected in two weeks or less! The table is handcrafted over the border in Canada and exceeded our expectations in price, quality and beauty when delivered. The chairs took a little while to decide on, but we were given a delivery date of the beginning of September. The store was ordering new floor models and called my husband to ask if we would like them in lieu of waiting until September---yes! There was a slight snafu with the chairs not being delivered when promised, but Bree, went out of her way and had them delivered on Saturday, which is not customarily done! Great customer service, great local store for so many shopping needs--check them out!

I always like going here during the holidays. Its always very festive. Decorated for Christmas. Great decorations and gifts. Lots of great things for kitchens and living spaces. Furniture. Silverware, glassware. Friendly staff.

Awesome furniture und super nice salespeople. Only thing I did not like was after signing up online, choosing the merchandise and applying the 10 percent welcome discount I was told I could not get it because the merchandise was already marked down. The sales clerk felt sorry for me and gave me free delivery. Thank you.
