What a shock when Habitat came to pick up my ($1,000 when new) sofa! It had no rips or tears, but a few areas where some stains had blended in to the tweed fabric. One arm had the fabric splayed up a bit because I had cleaned a stain in that area, but oh no, it was just not acceptable to the drivers. I said they sure are getting picky. They said many of their sofas had been dropped off, and from what I've seen in their store, looked really crummy. So what's the deal with them?! THEY ARE A THRIFT STORE.Their furniture is way, way overpriced (not just my opinion), so wondering if they are a for-profit corporation now.Don't think I will ever patronage any of their stores again.

This use to be my favorite thrift store until they raised the prices of everything! You pay eBay prices for everything now that the look everything up! Waste of time to go there. Do better....

I will always always always give Habitat 5 stars, but I went into this one for the first time the other day and had a really good experience. Furniture was well priced (I didn't see a single thing over $250), and I scored a Princess Diana beanie baby for $8. It was marked at $15, and the girl at the counter was like oooh it has a green tag, so it's half off! The employees were suuuuper kind to me when I was in there.

We arrived close to closing time but 4 or so employees helped us unload heavy furniture we were donating. We went in the store afterward and found the store to be very organized and with very interesting inventory. We plan to go back..

I love all what this store is about. I owe most of my house furnishings thanks to HFH. Always good finds, for THE BEST prices in town - not to mention you are supporting a great cause. I'm an avid thrifter, and this is the place I recommend to everyone. Not to mention you can also find treasures for house projects, tools, and housewares. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING HABITAT!!!

I have made donations to your facility many times and enjoyed doing so. Whomever I came in contact with, wether me bringing items to you or having the truck come to me for a donation. Today was a real disappointment. The driver was rude beyond compare. I opened the door to my storage unit and he immediately made an assumption. When I made the appointment I told the scheduler that I had 4 bar stools and misc. household items. I don't remember if I mentioned a chair. The driver took 2 of the stools and dragged them across the garage to the truck and never came back. i never saw him again. Those stools were bought at Wilson's a couple of years ago and are in excellent condition. Another individual accompanied the driver. She was very explicit as to what she would not take. I have an antique large wicker chair that she refused to take. Little did she realize that chair would have been worth her effort to bring it to the store. I am not accustomed to such rude behavior from your employees. As I said I have had many encounters with your employees outside and inside the store. Never have I been treated so rudely. Also the driver took the chairs to the truck and never came back I have a feeling he kept himself in the truck quite frequently and left the young woman to load.

Came to the store with my brother. We had to leave soon after because it was so hot inside he was getting sick.

Good inventory and prices, but weirdly warm in the summer months. Needs air conditioning.

Highly highly recommend their pick up service. My parents are moving back to Africa and I reached out to donate some of our furniture. Everything from scheduling to the pick up itself was easy and straightforward. The two men helping remove our items were professional, kind, and delightful to work with. They took extra care to not damage our walls or doors. I forgot to ask for a receipt and they promptly sent one to me. I would absolutely work with Habitat for Humanity again. Much respect. Thank you for what you do!

Fiona and Henry were so helpful with my purchase of a used recliner. This habitat has it all, carpets, bikes, furniture, clothing, paint, fixtures. It's very organized and clean and you get a coupon if you donate.

I was thrilled to stumble upon Habitat For Humanity while searching for a footstool. I discovered a design that perfectly suited my taste and happily made the purchase. The price was excellent, and I was impressed by the outstanding customer service provided. Habitat For Humanity truly delivers on both quality and affordability. I highly recommend this establishment for anyone in need of furniture or home goods. A fantastic experience all around!

I see the comments, appears to me someone is attempting to devalue the stores integrity rather then just deal with the fact they haven't earned enough money to buy something so rather then earn the money they attempt to chisel down the reputation of the store rather then face their own short on funds issues. They've never been to a retail department store like Neiman Marcos or a furniture store . They don't earn enough money so they just attack solid reputations and make everyone slse aware of what exist behind the facade is an lazy cheap fool who refuses to deal with their own reality .Habitat is a non profit agency that builds homes for families who are experiencing excessive difficult periods in their life, USA military veterans who have special robotics needs to function everyday..I'm sure that if you want something for next to Free cruise around college campus when the next semester is finished the customer service is a little slow as you will need to load your own couch but perhaps ones expectations might be met with reality .

Ridiculously high boutique prices. $1800 for a repro Eames chair without the ottoman, $650 for an 80's glass side table, $200 for an unremarkable vintage dresser. Bargains on small items can be found but they are few and far between. They have to slip past the greedy radar.
