Hi
I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Makayla and Ayden in the bakery! They did an absolutely spectacular job with our wedding cake and desserts. The cake was gorgeous!! You could tell in their details that a lot of thought and care went into their work. They were both very delightful to work with. The communication from start to finish was much appreciated. They produced exactly what we were hoping for and exceeded our expectations! THANKS AGAIN GUYS! We will be using you for all of our treats and dessert needs!

They price gouge. A can of progresso soup there is 5 dollars. That's insane

i thought the owner or the general manager or at least the grocery store manager might like to know a few things about the night cashier that was working there this evening.
I worked in a grocery long enough to know when customers come in to purchase grocery items to be helpful and respectful, pleasant to deal with no matter what time during OPEN hours they chose to come in. Sometimes i work all day and to get caught up i will work well into the night. Not that this is anyone’s business. Being rude to customers to get them to leave your business so you can go home was a huge no no when i worked in a grocery store. Is that okay nowadays? I am full grown adult and i am well aware of what time it is and how much time i have left to shop. Maybe if this okay with people that own and run this grocery store you may as well close at 11:00pm or 10:00 pm. Heck why have posted hours at all? If it were my business i would be nice to customers all the time. 10:50 is when i checked out and the cashier was like some one you don’t want around your clients. FYI
What happened to RR ranch beef? the reason why the Haggens was so successful because they had product like RR ranch steaks that no one else has. It was worth paying a premium because haggens had better product. if you stop carrying the product you’ll lose the business and end up bank rupt like albertsons was before. Who ever runs this grocery chain store stop stepping over dollars to pick up dimes. There is such a thing as being greedier than smart. Stings a little doesn’t it? But i still gave u 5 stars.

Mediocre quality food at astonishingly high prices. I only go here when I absolutely must and always mentally prepare for sad waxy produce and prices that are 50-75% higher than any of the other stores in Bellingham. Even the Safeway Select brand is overpriced. I can't imagine being able to afford a regular grocery run here and I honestly don't know why people put up with it.

We love to go to Haggen, just to get a free cookie for the kids and take some chocolate cookies home. It's clean, friendly staff and good quality goods.
Also need to mention the starbucks coffe shop, I had the lavender-oat latte, sometimes it is not easy to make a decision which coffee is should get, but the barrister is so nice and even read the ingredients list from there lavender powder...and she mentioned that on Aug 26th is the pumpkin spice latte back...so guess who is back at that coffee shop...it is such a nice neighborhood for a walk with the kids , a cookie at Haggens and coffee from Starbucks for mom ;)

Price gauging. When a store doubles their prices in one year on an item that is foraged locally, you know the foragers ain’t charging double to Haggen. Specifically I’m talking about their chanterelles.

A great grocery store with helpful and kind staff. I only wish there were more gluten free deli options, as there weren’t many at all.
