I wouldn't even give this pharmacy at one star but this is where I unfortunately happen to get my medications from. I will be changing pharmacies as soon as possible. Because every time I call I get hung up on in mid-conversation trying to figure out my medication the ladies and the pharmacy are very rude very unprofessional which makes me believe that their work ethic is very poor and they have no people in social skills if you're going to work with the public have some respect we're not all high and mighty like you ladies are that work in the pharmacy and it's not all of the ladies it's just the chosen few. I suggest nobody mess with Woburn Hagen's pharmacy, let alone their grocery store their prices are through the roof. So since I can't not put a star I want to tell Hagen's pharmacy and grocery store on Woburn in Bellingham I wouldn't have even given you a star let alone anything else you're undeserving of even one star

I always have good experiences here. Staff is friendly, even though they are always swamped. Customers don't understand supply shortages and other issues that affect getting your meds in a timely manner. It isn't because the pharmacy is doing a bad job, it's major problems in our healthcare system that everyone has to deal with, including the pharmacies. Don't blame the techs for problems caused by billionaires!

Love the employees here! They all go above snd beyond to help their customers.. They don’t rush you through. They are thorough and answer all your questions… They help with options for cost of prescriptions.. Thank you Hagen Pharmacy people on Woburn.

I've used this pharmacy for several years. It is clean and efficient. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Overall, in my experience this pharmacy is outstanding and I prefer it to any other pharmacy in the area.

I've been filling my prescriptions here for months and have had mostly positive experiences.I'm assuming that face coverings are required in the pharmacy because everyone is always wearing one except for one man. Any time I've seen him wear a mask, it's been beneath his nose and mouth, and today he was wearing a face shield lifted all the way up from his face. At this point, why even bother wearing it. It's blatantly disrespectful to those of us who are immunocompromised or have moved through the pandemic with care. If you're going to work in healthcare, please wear a freaking mask.
