I’ve gone here for prescriptions for about 2 years. It is 5 blocks from my house. Today I walked over and arrived at 1:28pm but they told me that they closed at 1:30pm for lunch. I showed them it was 1:28pm. They made some obscure defense after I kindly asked if I could just get 1 prescriptions because their robo-call has called me 4 times. But kindly left, with a disgruntled ‘ok thank you.’ Please post this on the store hours outside so you don’t waste my time. Cool your pharmacist makes 200k a year and needs lunch but you guys make this world a worse place.
This is a pretty half-rate pharmacy based on numerous experiences so I would advise to go elsewhere.

Was scheduled at 9am to receive two shots. Waited 20min to be told they schedule four people in the same time slot, despite nowhere this being communicated beforehand, and was kept waiting until 9:40am when I was called back. Except they didn't have the second shot prepared despite asking my preference on intake and it marked in the paperwork. 9:48 I was taken back a second time and received my shots.
While the technicians and pharmacist themselves were kind enough and did a good job the corporate policies surrounding this encounter were abhorrent.
If you value your time do not engage with this brand. They do not value it.

I've had really good experiences here and just a couple of snafus. That is usually related to insurance and the pharmacy tries to resolve asap.

The people that work at this pharmacy are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. People only review pharmacies when they’re mad about something, but I’ve been going here for 15+ years and have always had a terrific experience.

I have witnessed the staff bend over backwards for even the cruelest of people. They are often fighting the insurance on my behalf. There was a person who left a negative review recently about a shot taking too long but, they are the problem, not the staff. I work for an clinic that sometimes does walk ins, it still takes time. You're walking into their work flow and demanding you be helped, my word, I have never seen such terrible behavior than those who don't get instant gratification from their pharmacy or doctor. I think most negative reviews I read come from people who themselves deserve the 1/5

This pharmacy acts so bothered you even came in. The passive aggressive comments by all staff is so unnecessary. There is usually a problem every time I come in! Super long wait lines to wait for your Rx. I highly DONT recommend. Only nice person there is Sara.

I shop here if I only need one or two items. It is close to home and saves me a trip to another supermarket. Their prices are too high for me to do regular grocery shopping here. The store is always spotless and well arranged. The produce is always fresh and excellent. Good deli and bakery. Staff is always friendly, personable and very helpful. If prices were a little lower I would be a loyal and regular customer.

The pharmacist is almost comically rude. I didn’t believe it was possible but she’s become ruder over the years that I’ve been going here. She might be fine at her job but she radiates misery.

some of the cashiers are odd or like to do strange things to see if youll get angry,i think its getting worse without customers you have no sales prices are high-such a joke

This review is regarding the pharmacy. Arrived at 1315 to pick up a prescription. The cashier said they were about to go on lunch at 1330 and didn't have time to fill it before lunch. Advised to come back at 1445. There were 3 people in the pharmacy at the time. Was only one a pharmacist? Weak sauce!

We came in to get some chicken at the deli and we got greeted by Andrea who was super nice, and told us about a deal that we decided to get instead. It was a wait for the chicken and Andrea told us how long it would be and even has it boxed for us when we got there. She was super helpful and nice and made the experience very good.
