The people here are nice and obviously they do good work based on the other reviews, but I didn't have a great experience here.
I got quotes for a specific service from many shops in town and Harmony had one of the better prices. Brought the car in and paid for diagnostics. After the diagnostics, they increased their quote by about $2,000. I asked why and they claimed that this car can either have a timing belt or a timing chain, which changes the price. However, this model year only has timing chains so it was bogus quote.
I've had nothing but positive experiences at Rising Sun and should have stuck with them, lesson learned.

Pleasant first experience. Tried Harmony at the suggestion of my brother-in-law. They performed a lube/oil/filter for me. Pleased with the service and will use them again.

2014 Honda Odyssey engine misfire with flashing check engine light. They took the vehicle in when it was scheduled, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and accurately. A few small regular maintenance that should be addressed were pointed out and completed after discussing it with me. Friendly staff and fair price.

These guys are great. I had a low coolant warning on my wife’s Jaguar F-Pace and they knew all the ins and out of the vehicles cooling system. They couldn’t find any leaks so they decided to do an overnight pressure test. I was surprise by such a thorough approach to diagnostics.
They called me twice to give me updates so I always knew what was going on.
Even though it was unscheduled they still fit me in and got an oil change done.
Very happy with their service and expertise.
