Excellent customer service. My wife's BMW X5 had a battery failure problem a year ago. Harmony Motorworks found the electric cooling water pump was running constantly, even when the ignition was turned off. Now a year later, a BMW dealer found the same electric cooling water pump was failing again. Mike took the matter to the Owner and Harmony offered Warranty compensation for the the failed cooling water pump. In a world where other companies try to get out of their service performance obligations, Harmony Motorworks steps up to provide outstanding customer service! Thank you Harmony for setting the Gold Standard for other auto repair shops to follow.

Harmony Motorworks has been our Go-To auto maintenance for 26 years. We have always been completely satisfied with the service provided by Harmony. They have a staff of mechanics and front office management that know their trade and use it well. The front office staff keeps us informed as the repair proceeds and we have found the company to be honest and with competitive pricing. You get what you pay for and with Harmony that is exactly how it works. They are the best at what they do, wouldn't consider going anywhere else for our Mercedes Benz care.

Yjey were able to track down a tricky electrical problem. It took a couple of days, but they were very good in communicating what was going on.

This was my first visit to Harmony Motorworks and I plan to make them my official shop from now on. Pete was super helpful and friendly, my car was pulled into the shop and repairs done in a timely manner, and charges were reasonable. And it was all done in a pleasant, clean facility. I highly recommend this business.
