Took my daughter here without high expectations. However was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Both store workers were helpful and courteous. The store was tidy and organized despite every inch of space being covered with products. Next time she asks me to take her, I will happily oblige.

This location has the friendliest people of any HT I've been to! Super helpful staff and a really great variety of items. Not to the staff's fault: it's sad that generally Hot Topic doesn't provide larger sizes in their stores- mainly talking about their pants. Ordering online can be a gamble and I'd rather not have to return an item. Either way, I love coming to this store. Thanks :)

Amazing stuff and the staff are very very helpful and nice. They are really friendly and willing to help. I wanted to order something and they looked it up so fast there was no wait. If you need someone there will always be someone to help. Jewelry is so pretty and weird and awesome. All the clothes will fit your needs if you're emo, grunge, lolly, sene, weird core whatever to be honest. Anyone can come here and find something you like. The hello kitty stuff is so cute. They have all the popular bands on shirts. And there is always a sale of some sort. It's a really fun and cool place to shop for really any style.

Staff are welcoming, and helpful. Many options and variety here. Rock bands, studio ghibli, anime, hello Kitty, Disney, and more! There loyalty program is amazing too!

Always pretty friendly staff and they ask if you need help a lot. It's a small store and crowded this time of year, but they do a good job getting you through. I know they are specialty stuff, but I find it just a little spendy.
