I went to Infusion Solutions in Everett for treatment. I was treated like family. Xochitl and Rachael were over the top. They stayed with me the whole time as I was nervous about side effects. They were very professional and at the same time personable. They were a great help with everything. When my treatment was done Xochitl walked me to me car and also called me when I got home to make sure I got home ok. Totally impressed. 5 STARS. These girls deserve a bonus!!!

It took a month to date and I'm still waiting. The first call I made, the intake person indicated that they are awaiting my Insurance approval. I have excellent Insurance & called them where they indicated that they've not heard from Infusion Solutions. I phoned again - 4.5 weeks later, the person said the same thing she said during my first call???? Seriously??? Is this even fair? They're slow and completely unapologetic. This is very very frustrating.

I can not say enough about how incredible infusion solutions has been to me. I came from option care where i was not taken care of in any capacity to infusion solutions where every single person I’ve met or talked to has made me feel like family and so so well taken care of. Janine and my nurse Kim and my favorite health care workers I’ve ever had! Seeing them had become the highlight of my weeks.
Clayton deserves a section all to himself. He is sunshine in human form and goes well above and beyond to insure the patients he delivers to feel cared for. He texts to let me know when he’s delivered my supplies, and always leaves me smiling with his kindness and thoughtfulness andddd his fun facts!! Give that boy a raise, yall are so incredibly lucky to have him and the teams you do!

Horrible, problems started while I was in hospital onboarding and it never got better! Setting up initial teaching at hospital times were changed and then they wanted to not even teach until at home! Nurse was too busy to come on time and change bandages and take lab samples on required date! Had to argue (my son and daughter-in-law are doctors) due to my infection it needed to be every 7 days. did not receive medication on time, outdated medication, today’s medication to be hear at noon for an infusion at 12:30 and my medications for the week not here! called the company, the supervisor finally was truthful and said it had yet to leave Bellingham, a mixup quoted David Widell Delivery supervisor! Previous call with CEO going over all concerns the night before obviously did nothing! She assured me they were the Number 1 company😳 asked David to have CEO call me again! He was put on spot when I asked what happened and how serious my infection that had me in hospital for 2 weeks was! He said “is this an interrogation” I asked as to wanting answers since I was the very sick patient! My health is obviously not their top concern! Would not recommend, no accountability only excuses and sarcasm!

Infusion Solutions is responsible for setting me up to receive daily iv treatments at home. The instructor was efficient and thorough. She taught me how to do the treatments. I have the supplies, equipment, and the medication. Now I just follow directions and proceed. I have access to them 24/7 which is fantastic. I am pleased at how smoothly this happens. Great service.

Amazing place amazing staff. Everybody just goes far and beyond to help you to make you comfortable they have answers to your questions. They’re very compassionate and if they don’t know something they’ll they’ll figure it out and do everything we can give you the answers that you need very wonderful stuff very compassionate, caring All your needs Either in the clinic or they also have nurses that will come to your house if you can’t make it in wonderful place wonderful wonderful people

What a wonderful, empathic team & a comforting environment! Everyone was so kind during my first infusion, patiently explaining everything at each step of the process and answering all my questions. They made sure my partner and I were comfortable, and were great about checking on us and keeping us upbeat throughout the day. I am endlessly appreciative to Infusion Solutions for making what could have been a tough day, a positive and comfortable experience. I look forward to continuing my treatments with them in the months ahead.

I went to infusion solutions in Everett for the first time a week or so ago. All of the nurses were above and beyond friendly and made sure I was comfortable and informed about everything going on. The follow up phone calls were thoughtful. I would absolutely choose to go here for any future lab needs!

Such a serene space. I am very greatful Infusion Solutions is an option for us here in beautiful Bellingham. The staff are all so kind and pleasant. A very sensory friendly place. Confortable accomidations. Headphones if you want to use the TV so your neighbors won't habe to hear it. The beast experience ive had! Thank you Infusion Solutions & Team!
