I was looking for a specifically item having only the wrong.size. JUDY in Foundations went out of her way to find and ask her Supervisor! She returned with several ways to get what I WANTED! ANOTHER STORE WITH SUGGESTIONS, ONLINEShe was courteous, knowledgeable, and found the multiple suggestions! She went out of her way to help. Most of the clerks just answer
'NO!'

Employees of this store are so rude and snooty it's no wonder nobody shops here. They have more rude employees than they have customers and now -1. Thanks for leaving the nasty assortment of needles out in the parking lot by the way. Really shows how you take pride in your store.

We did find some nice items and the sales rack was full of good deals and found some summer clothes. This may have been an off day for the staff, but less than friendly and less than helpful. Very dirty change rooms, I know clothing has alot of loose fibers but the dust bunnies were huge and it looked more like cleaning under the fridge after a few years. It's too bad but the experince was just average and one should manage their expecations to be more lower end.

We were at the Bellingham store to buy some outfits for my spouse. While she was trying out I saw store associate assist a senior on her requirements very politely & patiently. Later she also assisted us with our payments & was very helpful, polite, humorous. The store associate Ms Jenny 0230 is a wonderful person & a big asset to JCPenny. Jenny keep up the great work. ?

Walked through Penney's this evening to pick up my glasses from Lenscrafters. On the way back to the car, my husband spied a great deal in the jewelry department on a Malicifent heart pendant necklace. Totally wearing this to Disneyland.

Amazing deals on gold and silver jewelry! Also find some nice Christmas clothes. Customer service was spectacular even though they were busy.

Would not price match with their website. Person at register told me that the only way I could get it that low was if I had a credit card, which I do not have (checked just in case)and absolutely did not want. She was able to scan another coupon, but then said “you could have saved $12 more, just so you know” in a really sneery tone. Really irritated. Checked the price matching policy and it totally could have been done (coupon did not state it was online only).
