It’s interesting to see all the amazing reviews here on customer service when I went today and was treated so poorly I question how this store can stay in business when the staff is just, I don’t even have words. The staff member I dealt with was rude and didn’t want to help answer a question where something was. It was clear they didn’t want to be there and hated their job. It was our first and last time shopping at a Joann store and will stick to hobby lobby.

Joann is always a good stop to check their fabric sales.
It’s never too busy and staff are always friendly and helpful.
There’s a toilet and wheelchair accessible entrance.

Just had the most amazing costumer service experience. I was in desperate need of some embroidery floss in a shade that isn’t sold at Michael’s, Walmart, hobby lobby, or the mount vernon Joann. The manager River told me they recently had some delivered but they have about 3 months worth of stock in the back, despite this he was willing to go and look for it and he found it!!!! I’m so incredibly grateful as my project would have been put on hold without it!

The staff is always really nice, and as helpful as possible. They seem like they're drowning in short staffed shifts and lack of stock. Joann has been hit with the Amazon-ification of their website, so you can never tell if they really have something, or if you have to order it to pick up in a few days. It's sad to see their store in such a state. Unless you're buying fleece fabrics or acrylic yarn, all other crafts are in a state of low stock and disarray.

JoAnn is mainstream, so ok, but not great.Good for thread, notions, etc. but again, nothing special. There are so many cool fabrics out there, but this is not where you get them. It's basics here.There are many beads and strings and other crafting tools and supplies.The people who work here are friendly and helpful, and I always appreciate that!

The staff here are so helpful! They repeatedly asked me if I needed help, were polite and engaging in conversation, and made sure I got the best price. The store was a little sparse when I visited, but they were working hard to restock.
