JSport has reinstated my faith in car shops again. Reliable, honest and best customer service! I take my Subaru there but from now on I’ll take any vehicle I own to JSport, they are outstanding. 10 star recommend if there was such a thing.

I can’t say enough good things about Jsport. My Volkswagen Golf flooded during a bad storm. My seat lost power, the airbag system malfunctioned, and the carpet was soaked. They took care of everything.
They replaced the carpet, restored the electrical system, and got the airbag working properly again, all while handling the process with my insurance company so I didn’t have to deal with any of it. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
If you own a Volkswagen, I highly recommend taking it here. Their service was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be back if I need anything in the future.

Jsport is THE PLACE to bring your European vehicle for repairs and maintenance. The staff there are professional and knowledgeable and EXTREMELY HONEST. They will discuss everything in detail and explain what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait, and even work with you on price and offer many benefits with their preferred customer plan. This is the only place I will be taking my BMW from here on out, and they are located about an hour from me. Great work guys, keep it up.

I was in an emergency situation when my breaks were so bad , that they sounded like I was stopping on a train track. I called and asked if they could check them out and when I said they were basically scraping….. they got me in very quickly and we’re glad to order the parts and help me out much quicker as they were a few weeks out already. Excellent service. Jake is exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had bad experiences in the past with mechanics being dismissive and rude to me but I never felt that way when going here. For those who don't like to call pla.ces, jsport does text communication which is very convenient. I wish more places would do it that way. The repairs went smoothly and were priced reasonably. It took 9 days for them to make the repairs which is longer than I would have liked to have waited but I understand that they were short staffed so it's understandable. I will be going to them for all my repairs in the future!

I was sent on a wild goose chase with my R after being told by the dealership I needed a new engine, luckily I found JSport. I called Jake for a second opinion on whether or not I actually needed a new engine. Being a fellow VW enthusiast, along with his extensive experience with this icon of a power plant, he agreed to take it under the scalpel. The good people at JSport meticulously went through the lower end of my R and thankfully found nothing wrong. Saving me the cost of a new engine which would have been close to what I got the car for. They also provided me peace of mind by walking me through their process and sharing their vast wealth of knowledge with these cars. My experience with JSport through this endeavor leaves me satisfied and at last back in the driver seat of one of my all time favorite VWs.

Got my car done quickly and explained everything super throughly, including showing me what was needed on the car. Also I saved 2500 dollars because the dealer thought I needed a repair that I didn't actually need. Overall, best experience I've had at a auto shop.
