This place I personally do not like, what I asked for he kept saying no and saying he doesn’t feel like doing them. And I kept telling him it’s not what I wanted and kept showing the inspiration picture and said I want that but he kept saying no with no explanation. Obviously they weren’t gonna be perfect but he said no to every thing I wanted and look nothing like what I asked for. Don’t recommend coming here at all.

They told us to come I was with my mother-in-law and she is very hard for her to walk and so literally we called one minute and then when we got there, they told us they couldn’t take us! It’s so hard for her to walk

I have been coming to this salon a few times and it was one of the best in the area ( I don't find high standards no where in US with European quality work)but just today they lost a customer.I understand that different situations can happen in life and we have no control, but you have to take care of the clients if you want them to come back.On Monday, it turned out that the salon is not open but have sign MONDAY AND TUESDAY CLOSED, I think ok, something must have happened, I come on Wednesday and it is closed again with the same, unchanged sign. There was more people by the door the same disappointed as me.On Thursday I call and make an appointment for Saturday and ask for the latest possible appointment, I was told to come at 6.30 pm.So I drive up there all the way from Lynden and see that it's closed but the light is on so I call, the owner picks up and says he's closing because he has to do something.I tell him that I had an appointment at 6.30 and he telling me I am late, surprised I asked how come I am late since I am before scheduled time and he told me that my appointment was yesterday. I explained thatI did not sign up for Friday because I was working and I told him he could have informed me that my visit would not take place because something else comes up but he telling me over and over he needs to do something this why is closed.If he just call me and tell me he needs to cancel I will totally understand but no, he makes me drive for not reason spending my time and gas money.Good luck in the future, I hope you don't lost more clients!!

I’ve had acrylics done here for the last few months and they have never even started to peel off before I need my next fill. One of the girls who did my polish wasn’t very good, but the owner does good work and is kind and friendly.Services: Acrylic nails

On Saturday, December 31, 2022, I went to get my nails done. It was my fourth visit to that place. Since I arrived I felt the bad vibes and bad energy of the current manager, he was the one who received me. He has been an unfriendly person to me, however I never took it personally because I know that we can all have bright days and dark days. Since he started working on my nails this Saturday I knew they wouldn't turn out well. I felt it not happy to get my nails done. However, I didn't take it seriously, I thought maybe he was stressed because of how busy that day would be. Today, January 2, a nail fell off, the one on the index finger of my left hand! Since I left that place on Saturday I told myself that I would never get ready there again. They looked different and exotic, not to mention terrifying. I knew I was making them ugly on purpose so they wouldn't come back. But today when that nail came off it seemed unfair to me to have paid $60 for such a poorly done job. I came back for the warranty. When I arrived, the manager told me: what happened? I told him what happened and he told me later: I will do this repair for you today, but if you lose another nail, don't come back and don't do your nails here again. I didn't understand why he was so angry with me. I stared at him to which I responded: I wasn't planning on coming back either. I won't go back because I don't like the treatment I received from you and I don't like the treatment I'm getting now. I have treated them all with respect and in a friendly manner. I have always left tips of 10 and even 20 dollars once because several people arranged for me and I felt bad tipping one and not another. I don't think that's right, that so many people work on a single client on the same day, but I imagine it's their tactics to leave tips for everyone. The girls who did my nails the first time were not the same ones who did my nails the second time and then on the third time I noticed that those girls were not there. Only the short older lady remained. I don't know the reason why the other girls resigned but I wouldn't be surprised if they left for not accepting mistreatment from their boss. If you want gorgeous nails like the ones you see on Pinterest, for example, you don't want to visit KELLY NAILS. Nobody deserves bad treatment. I leave you photos so that you can see the quality of work today, just 2 days after having “fixed” my nails.Service: Acrylic nails

I go here with my mom and we've enjoyed our experiences here. They are very thoughtful and pay attention to detail. It's recommended that you make an appointment and it helps to specify what you need done so they know an estimated time frame.
