Key bank is unmatched in customer service and convenience. Their fraud prevention service is amazing and efficient. They will block large abnormal transactions with an automated message that asks you to verify the transaction with a Y or a N. Upon verification by texting back Y, the transaction is immediately processed with no further delay. The App is also five star rated.

Worst ATM driveway. Very narrow lane and I almost ran into the guarding post. I hope KeyBank gets one ATM machine inside the branch or get the driveway a bit wider.

Key Bank is an absolute joke, if you have the choice to not bank with them, then please don't and save yourself some money. These people find any way to snag your money and then blame it on you, they have no remorse and they really don't care about you at all. The people who work at this branch suck over the phone also, and pretty much just scoffed when I told them my problem.

I don't like this Key bank, tellers are friendly, no line to wait because no customer in most of the time for a reason. Branch Manager was not very friendly. Do not participate in any of their reward programs, they will not give you the reward, they will look for reasons to tell you that you are not qualify. They will tell you one thing when you open the account and change it later when you don't see any rewards deposited as they had promised? Some one helped us when we first opening the account, it took us an hour to wait for him to punch in the information, since we still need one more piece of ID, he told us come back the next day and it will be done at no time. However, he was not there the next day, so we had to do it all over again with the Branch Manager. The Branch Manager was not sure about their reward programs, she had to look it up online, I can tell she was not too sure what kind of rewards her bank provided even after checking the internet. We sat there an hour again until she found out the details, well, anyway, that was a very bad and upset experience with this bank and we will not come back again, for sure.

Key Bank charges $7.00 to cash a check! This seems like a way to strong arm people into opening an account there. I don't see how this would work. It might rather turn people away. I would be more compelled to become a customer by good customer service and sound policies.

I went at lunch on a Friday to get a certified check. There was no line and the teller was very friendly and helpful. It took no time at all to complete the transaction and get out of there. Only thing that sucks about this location is the traffic around there is a mess pretty much anytime during the day.
