Very nice consignment store, lots of women's clothing, shoes, handbags, all in very good condition. There is some housewares, but it's mostly clothing.

They have nice things there but I was disappointed when I brought my friend in to show her what labels was about and the prices were out of control!! 50$ for a pair of used shoes. Lol no thank you. I couldn't even find a pair of pants for under 10 bucks. Probably won't be going back there.

Great place to buy top of the line gently used clothing and household items. No need to weed out unsavory items, because there are so many fantastic ones! Highly recommend shopping here. On-line buying also available.

I go here literally once a week to check out the new findings. They honestly do a great job sorting through their consignments and keeping quality as the priority. Prices are great. I have sold clothes here as well and if you are intentional about the season you're selling they will take a good amount. GREAT PLACE IN BHAM!

Don't consign there (James Street Store)! They damage your clothes. I brought a hoodie to sell. I called 3 times for updates and each time they said it was on the floor. After 6 weeks , I decided to pick it up. That was when I found out they took it off the floor because the zipper broke. Why did they not tell me the 3 times I called? They won't replace the zipper, I can't sell it or wear it. Terrible!

How sad that they don’t treat their customers with respect, if you have an account with them they should discuss your amount privately with you not the entire store. They are quick to accept your clothes and money but when it comes to owning their own mistake they made they will blame it on you and not take accountability. They treat people of color like they’re going to steal and like they lie yet they treat a Caucasian people like there above all. Now I see why more and more people say they stopped going to this store.

I haven't been shopping at Label's for about 5 years. I stopped at the Northwest Label's and as soon as I walked in the door, I discovered they had expanded their selection. They probably did this years ago but I had no idea. They have some very cute housewares that included Fiestaware. They had an awesome collection of quality hair and face products that came with a decent price, that was much cheaper than retail. I saw various animals accessories, computer tablets and a nice jewelry selection. My favorite items on consignment were the large variety of Shoes and Boots to choose from. I didn't care for most of the clothing I saw but I did notice a large selection of plus size clothing, which I thought was great.I only wish this store had a larger selection of clothing and more variety. This is my second review after many years and I still think it's a great places to shop

prices are very middle of the ground. there are a few quality and trendy items, but honestly most are very outdated. 2016 core at its best. there were some home goods which were nice! but the prices aren't the best.

This is a difficult one to write since I have been going there for so long. I cannot stay quiet about this horrible scene I witnessed. About a month ago I was shopping Northwest location and a woman started verbally harassing a law enforcement officer for no reason.The cashier at the time was probably the worst and started trying to throw the law enforcement officer out of the store! This officer was In Uniform and was made to look so terrible. I wish I could go back and defend her and say something but I did not, I regret it and this is what I will do for her. The cashier and manager not once defended this poor lady just trying to unwind after work probably. She tried fighting back and she had EVERY right to do so and was punished for it. Is this how we treat people who put their lives on the line for this country? This customer attacking this woman attempted to speak to me in the store before the incident to attack her. It was premeditated. Horrible. I hope she got a huge apology and a gift of some sort. I also hope that cashier was fired for her behavior. She was right there witnessed The Whole thing and chose to attack the person in uniform. Disgusting. If this lady reads this thank you for your service and hope you have had better experiences since then.
