Took 6 months for them to complete an install. Every time they set a new date for install, they'd call that same day, cancel the appointment, and book 4-6 weeks out. Follow-up calls were never returned. No efforts on their end to help find a solution. Told me they'd offer compensation at the end of it. What's the offer? Store credit. After paying hundreds and being dragged along and ignored for 6 months. Not only is this the worst service/experience I've ever had with a company, I still don't see it as resolved.
I've had much better experiences with Bellingham Home Depot in terms of service, responsiveness, efficiency, and project management. I'd recommend going through them and avoiding Lowe's, especially if you require any sort of installation.

It's a home improvement center. Need a tool, maybe some cleaners, or perhaps you're shopping for some flooring, appliances, windows, bathroom treatments, lumber, etc. It's a giant corporate hardware store, so don't think too hard about it. Staff is usually pretty attentive and nice. Prices are fare, return policies are good.

This place is fantastic because of the people that work here. Every single visit with every staff member has been positive. They are quick to help without judgement and go above and beyond to help with problem solving and creative solutions. The paint team is particularly helpful, especially with particular (picky) customers like me in getting the right color.

They didn't have what I asked for, but they suggested an alternate and a place where I could go to buy the original. This is the way service should be.

Excellent customer service by Dave. Three people asked if I needed help. They had a good stock of supplies on hand too. Definitely better than Home Depot this morning.

Tony and Leighton were so helpful and patient getting us the best deal on a flatstone. Lowes will be our first go-to for home and outdoor items from now on.

The staff at Lowe's is friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make sure we have the item we really need or want. To avoid any frustration in trying to find staff to help, when you enter the store, go directly to Customer service. Tell them in what section you are going to be, and ask them to send the first available person to answer your questions,and help you find what you need/want. We love the Bellingham Lowe's .

Sick and tired of being treated like I’m incompetent child when I get to checkout. Overzealous employees consistently force me to accept their help, refusing to let me scan my own items, pushing me to get the Lowe’s credit card and other unwanted items I didn’t come in for, and give me grief when I want to enter my phone number to earn my rewards points. Seems like a discrimination issue - I guess sone of these employees have an issue with someone that doesn’t look like them. I’m done. Home Depot just earned a lifetime customer because I never get this kind of treatment when I go there.
