My stylist, Katie, was a great person to talk with! She started my random walk-in appointment with excitement and enthusiasm, and gave me exactly what I asked for.
I hadn't had great luck in the past trying to find somewhere that takes walk-ins that isn't part of a major chain. When I went here for the second time, it was as good as the first if not better. Thanks Katie, I'll be back! ?✨

Tricia is amazing! I trusted her to do a cut and color to fix the damage done and she did not disappoint! I love the environment and overall experience as a whole.
Hair type: My hair is fine and wavy. It was very damaged and faded when I went in.
Cleanliness: Small, clean and tidy. Makes for a more personal experience.
Stylist: Tricia does my hair and I trust her even when I'm not sure what I want.

Very cute atmosphere. Exceptional service. Kind, caring , and social staff. Parking is easy. Close to freeway on and iff ramps. Woods coffee a few doors down. I had my hair colored and cut by Katie Burroughs. She has amazing talent!

Lux saved my hair from a traumatic color disaster. Trust me, this place is a keeper. Nothing fancy, no airs, just good people doing good work that doesn't cost too much. Give them a try.

1st time to a Solon, highly recommended by a friend! I have to say Tricia is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, great conversation, like we were friends just catching up, even though I had never met her or spoke to her before. Best experience for a 1st timer, I will deffinently be seeing her again. I lost most of my hair this year. It has just started growing back and pretty thin. Pics of before I walked in and then when I got home to show the difference.

Oh boy, Bellingham has a hidden gem here. If you are looking for an affordable services, I highly recommend Lux Salon. My first time was a wonderful experience getting a pretty sophisticated color job, involving a purple money piece and blending hi-lights and low lights with my white grey roots. Not an easy request. On top of that I asked for a cut to show off my wavy hair. Awesome outcome. I was an salon office manager in downtown Seattle, so I know one or two things about a designers skill set. Haha the only reason they didn't get five stars is that it took me several calls to get an appointment.
