Mybabe accidentally left her Samsung S24 here on June 4th around 9pm. Google Maps confirmed this as its last known location (the battery had plenty of life in it, so it didn't die)
When she went there the next day (since it was turned off and unreachable upon realizing she left it) The supervisor was extremely unprofessional (both days) when interacting with her. Stating that "nothing was turned in." Suggesting she look in the bathroom. (which is where she knows she left it). No one even tried to check any lost and found logs, or check any drawers for anything. The first employee merely asked her to describe it. Only to be dismissed by the supervisor.
Someone should really watch how their employees talk to customers, and make better choices on who gets promoted. This is no way to talk to a paying customer.
Mybabe was a customer both days. Even after being treated so disrespectfully.

I love going to Marshall's, the prices are great and there are new products continually. The cashiers are friendly, I just wish there were security guards at the door.
