Martin's is a family owned business that cares about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me by diagnosing my 2002 Jeep Cherokee quickly and setting an appointment for the needed repair on a timetable that works for me. I would, aaannnd do, recommend them for all automotive services.

Called around 1200 about an issue with my muffler and stressed that I needed the repair ASAP as I comute long distances for class and was told to come on in. When I arrived, my vehicle was promptly inspected. I was informed about and viewed the issue. I was given options for the repair. I left an hour later with my muffler's hangers safely secured and a price that worked with my budget. Thank you for your speediness and quality work. Y'all have my business :)

Love martins and will forever take my vehicle here. There customer service is top tier. I was out of town until after hours and I was given a personal number and was still able to get my car late at night. They are very communicative through calling and text. Great people in general. My company also serveses their vehicles here and has been and will continue to. I highly recommend

Although no one wants to have to get their car repaired, Martin's is the best choice to have your vehicle inspected and repaired. They are thorough, communicate the entire time, and do things completely to satisfaction.

We received excellent above and beyond service in April 2024 while returning to Canada. Had a serious bearing problem. Axle assembly was received and some of the work was done "after hours". I know that can't happen every time but who provides that kind of service ever? They do. Great customer service, great work.
