We purchased a new split king bed. We had been to all the stores and this was the first one that it felt like our sleep was the sale not the price of the sale. Delivery was amazing and so polite. We had a purchase error that occurred and the team corrected right away and gave us some wonderful pillows for our troubles. Such a positive customer centered experience.

We when to this store to change our mattress in our camper van. We ask for a short queen below 9 inch high. He present us a coils mattress that is « barely 9 inch » that’s was perfect for us!
We unroll the mattress in our van to realize that it was almost 11 inch high
The next day we when to the store for a refund and realize that they do not refund but they offert exchange only (there is no sing anywhere in the store of this policy)
In our case (in a camer van) they do not have the same confort with a coil mattress in 9 inch or less. We had to take a foam mattress that we didn’t want because it was the « best » option they could offer to us. We understand they can not sell a 1 day use mattress for the same price as a new and they will loose money. We offert to get a 75% refund and they didn’t want anyway. They told us the high of a mattress is mesure from seams to seams and not from bottom to top. That we should have it mesure before buying it and not just take there word for it
So if you buy a mattress there make sure it is the right one/size you want because you are gonna be stuck with what the store has to offer

Don't shop here for your mattress! We laid on the floor models and found one we liked, so we had it delivered. After laying on the bed we recieved it was not the same as the floor model at all! The floor models are very different than the matters you will receive!

Wow!! This is The Store to go too for a new Mattress, Pillow or just a friendly Conversation. These men are so patient and knowledgeable. I went in nervous, and stressed because I’ve always had problems picking out a mattress. They explained all the benefits and the difference in quality on the mattress & the base. I ended up with an ergo Base and the best mattress ever. I also was here a few days ago for a new pillow due to a recent neck injury. Honest to God BEST pillow ever!!! Highly recommend

My elderly parents bought a bed frame at Christmas time. They were NOT TOLD that there were no returns.
It was the wrong size and they would not take it back. Shame on them! The receipt says no returns but the guy told us they don’t tell the customer no returns unless they ask. Do not shop there!!!!!!!

Edit after the reply from the business: The only thing that changed in my bed is the frame. you have actually made my confidence in your company even worse. There is zero chance that I would give any more money to this company. Look at most of the reviews here, they are more than a few years old. It seems like something happened and they no longer provide good service to customers.
I bought a mattress frame a few days ago from this company. After sleeping on it for a few days both my wife and I are having terrible back issues that we have never had with this same mattress on our old frame. The new frame is much much stiffer than our old frame and we didn't have any way to know that until after using it.
I called the company to talk about a return which they say is just not possible. They said that its not even possible to talk to the owner about an exception. They did offer that I could exchange it for an even more expensive frame but I have a hard time putting more money in with zero guarantee that it would be any better. At this point I have zero faith in this company.
I completely understand not taking returns on a mattress that has been used but this is the mattress frame, it is something that they could absolutely still sell. I try to shop local and support small businesses and that normally works really well but in this case its incredibly poor customer service. I strongly suggest steering towards a larger retailer that actually supports customers and understands that not every product is a perfect fit for everyone.

We got a perfect bed for our mother to move into a retirement place. We thought it was a full size - but turns out it was a queen. Our salesman made it so easy - he delivered the new size and traded everything out within an hour! great service!!!!
