Thorn Helmersen was knowledgeable, and totally professional in answering all my questions in selecting the best mattress for my back injuries and mobility limitations.
He was honest, straightforward and never rushed me as I compared 5 different mattresses.
The store was immaculate with mattresses price points along a very wide range, He carefully explained choices in the individual mattresses and bases making it easy for me to select the choices which were best for me.
I would recommend Mattress Firm and Thorn Helmetson without reservation for anyone seeking quality information to select the perfect choice of a mattress for the individual.

I’ve been struggling with a terrible mattress for years. Came into mattress firm-Bellingham where Jay helped me choose the perfect mattress in no time! He helped me try out every one to make sure I was making the right choice for my sleep and my health. There’s tons of Black Friday sales happening, 0% financing, warranties, and amazing customer service. I’ll definitely be going back, as well as refereeing everyone their way.

The store associate really knew his stuff! I had plenty of time to try out the beds feel the comfort, and understand what type of bed I needed for my body, but I was excited! Recommend mattress firm to anyone looking for quality service on with affordable pricing!

Our neighbor suggested Matress Firm to us after his great experience there. We needed a mattress for my 87-year-old mom who were moving into assisted living. The staff was amazing and we were in and out with a great mattress on less than 30 minutes. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We thought we would just try laying on a few beds and leave, but we were greeted by Sierra shortly after arriving. She was relaxed and alert, and started an easy conversation with us. After asking good questions, she was able to give us her best recommendation. It was dreamy, and she went on to show us other offerings, discussing sleep innovations I've never imagined all the way. We felt she was more of a very educated friend than a sales person. She also educated us on the Mattress Firm company and benefits, again, completely surprising us with the facts. Sierra continued to be the epitome of friendly professionalism as she finalized our purchase details, and we are excited to experience better sleep!
