Initially my interaction with Minuteman Press was great, they answered my questions and seemed like they were a great option. I sent my files over for a trifold I made for my grandparents celebration of life as well as an obituary insert. I asked for a test copy to be printed so that I could make sure it printed correctly. No one responded to my emails about coming in to see the copy, so I called and was told it had been ready for me. When I went in to check it over I noticed the insert had been printed wrong so we talked about how it needed to be corrected and he said he would do that, and I sent over a corrected file. I was told it would be ready the day before I had to leave but had to call a few times before I could get an answer as to whether the order was ready or not. I had to send my husband to pick up the order right before we left town for the funeral. When we checked them, the inserts had been printed wrong, and over 50% of my trifold prints were bent on the inner fold in 1-2 places. I had asked that the insert not be glossy, but they were printed on glossy paper.
Since they were late in printing and we had to leave town, I couldn't reprint them before the funeral. When I got home, I called a few times and left messages asking to talk with someone about this issue. Three different employees took my name and number and assured me that either the person who had worked with me for printing or the manager would return my call. I never received a call back. I am incredibly unhappy with my experience and won't be using Minuteman Press ever again and I will make sure anyone who asks hears an honest review.
I am very forgiving and I wasn't just trying to get a refund, I wanted to give feedback and let them know that I was disappointed with the product provided as this was an important event for my family in honoring our dearly loved parents/grandparents. Usually business owners appreciate feedback in order to improve the service they offer. Needless to say, I would offer zero stars if that were an option.

I highly recommend MinuteMan Press. I use them frequently for work projects and they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. The staff is incredibly friendly and they have always been able to accomodate our requests. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

These folks were great. I am helping with a party project for the invitations, there were multiple changes, questions, shipping issues etc. They answer all our questions, rewrote the quote based on our changes and were very patience and professional.I price[shopped comparing another local printer in Michigan and other online services, I found these folks were competitive and apples to apples a little less expensive but the errors they averted would have been missed if we had gone with an online server. So apples to apples is not a fair analysis. Since they are local to me, I was able to go into the store and physically go over the project with the staff, this helped tremendously and again we averted an error. I would not hesitate to involve them in a future project. I can recommend them as business owner and consumer.

I am a Manager at Marr's Heating in Bellingham and have had to rely on Cameron and team at Minuteman Press numerous times for different purposes. Without fail, they always handle our projects so well. They consistently bring a lot of transparent help and wisdom to everything we bring their way. Called last minute for a custom screen press T-shirt order. Great communication, and the owner stayed after close to process my order. They did tests runs and step by step updates. Shirts were finished in under 24 hours, at a great price too. $120 for ten custom shirts. Good color came through.

I've used Minute Man for several poster prints. It is easy to download files to their website and staff are communicative. Prices are super reasonable and the finished product has been beautiful each time. I'll be returning and highly recommend.
