I am a Manager at Marr's Heating in Bellingham and have had to rely on Cameron and team at Minuteman Press numerous times for different purposes. Without fail, they always handle our projects so well. They consistently bring a lot of transparent help and wisdom to everything we bring their way. Called last minute for a custom screen press T-shirt order. Great communication, and the owner stayed after close to process my order. They did tests runs and step by step updates. Shirts were finished in under 24 hours, at a great price too. $120 for ten custom shirts. Good color came through.

Easy and fast to order, great customer service, for the quality, price was reasonable. I had a short turn around time, and they did it ahead of my deadline. I ended paying less too, with product shipped to me out of state!

I've used Minute Man for several poster prints. It is easy to download files to their website and staff are communicative. Prices are super reasonable and the finished product has been beautiful each time. I'll be returning and highly recommend.

Regardless of where you are located think about contracting with Minuteman Press for professional grade service. My company, based in Texas have been a client since 2011. Customer satisfaction seems to be the drive for this establishment. Very responsive, great quality in workmanship and product delivery that you can count on.

I researched print shops in Bellingham and decided to give Print & Copy Factory a try because there was a woman who worked there that was part of the Women's Professional Network. By the time I was ready for my print job she left and I worked with a fellow named Richard who was the new hire. I was hesitant about the change but needed to get going on my project. To my pleasant surprise, Richard was phenomenal! He provided excellent customer service for my job which was to have a banner printed, brochures and business cards for my business. I had a deadline for an expo and he worked with me during the design process expertly, accurately, and with a fine eye for detail as to how my designs would appear on the final product. He was right on all of his advice and paid attention to my deadline. We went back and forth for two weeks sometimes speaking and emailing 3-4 times daily during those two weeks. He was always available, professional and the factory did an excellent printing job. I was extremely pleased with my marketing package and the service. I'd use them again and refer them highly. Had Minuteman Press helped me last minute with my business's first direct mail campaign and they were outstanding. Laurene was very helpful, as I had little idea what I needed to do on my end, and she walked me through all the steps and helped me get everything out on time for my grand opening.
