Very nice place and super nice people. I think what I like best is that the theater is big but not too big. The bar is easily availibe without a forever wait as well as the restroom. If the place was bigger the lines would be forever long. I will be back for sure!!

We saw Twilight Live, oh my gosh, amazing performance. The chairs are cushioned, the layout is small but plentiful, great seats anywhere. There is a separate are for concessions so it doesn't get clustered, bathrooms are easy to locate. Inside it is absolutely GORGEOUS, and truly makes you feel like you're in an untouched opera theater of the mid century!

This is perhaps one of the most lovely theaters that I have ever been to. This is a historical theater that has been lovingly restored and maintained and is a true gem for Bellingham. They offer a large variety of both musical and theatrical shows every season but attending any show in such a beautiful venue makes it that much better. I believe many of the staff are actually volunteers but everyone that I have talked to acts a docent and they are all knowledgeable and quick educate the public on the history of this theater and you can tell they love what they do. It's worth a trip even if you don't live in the area so I highly recommend attending any show at the Mount Baker Theater. You will definitely want to come back again.

Visiting this venue has become a cherished ritual for me; it's a place I've been to countless times, and each visit is as enjoyable as the last. The array of shows, concerts, and films on offer is impressive, ensuring there's always something new and exciting to see.
The atmosphere here is vibrant and the experience is truly top-notch. Whether it's the quality of the performances or the energy of the crowd, there's a palpable buzz that makes every event special.
However, it's worth noting for the taller and larger guests, the seating can be a bit snug. At 6'4" and 230 lbs, I find myself getting quite cozy with my neighbors, which is something to keep in mind if personal space is a priority for you.
Despite this, the venue remains a beloved spot for me, and it's clear I'll be coming here for years to come. The exceptional lineup of entertainment and the overall great experience far outweigh the slight discomfort of the seating arrangements. If you're looking for a place with a great vibe and a fantastic selection of entertainment, this venue is definitely worth your time.
