“I had a great experience with my move this past week. The admin staff was friendly and communicative, and the movers were on-time, professional, and efficient. They got the job done an hour early and nothing was broken or damaged at all. They also gave the same price point as 2 other companies in town, but they sent someone in person to assess and plan for the move and provided the truck, whereas others made me guess on the truck size needed and rent it myself. I’d use them again for my next move!”

I was pressed for time and unsure what to do. “We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit.
Camille worked with me to rent a truck for our move out. Our move out date changed a few times and she explained the move out process regarding our automatic payment plan.
