They got the job done an hour early and nothing was broken or damaged at all. They also gave the same price point as 2 other companies in town, but they sent someone in person to assess and plan for the move and provided the truck, whereas others made me guess on the truck size needed and rent it myself. I’d use them again for my next move!”
“The staff at the storage facility went out of their way to help me when the door on my unit got stuck. It turned out, something fell against the door, and we were unable to open it. I was pressed for time and unsure what to do. Brittany and Joe went out of their way to find a work around with my schedule And, more importantly, found a solution to get the storage unit door to open. I am grateful to both of them.”
“We have used Carolina St. Storage two separate times over the last decade. This place is the best. Camille is always so friendly and professional. She and her staff have great customer service. The location is always clean, nicely landscaped, and there is no litter or trash anywhere. It is very secure with specific codes for the gate and each individual unit.
Camille worked with me to rent a truck for our move out. Our move out date changed a few times and she explained the move out process regarding our automatic payment plan.

“Moved from Bellingham storage unit to Chicagoland area. Price seemed fair. They repacked a lot of my stuff due to it being stored in a rush.
I moved about a studio apartment worth of stuff (minus a bed and desk). Property received no damage except one broken plate. Overall the service was worth it and I would have no issues with hiring them again. Driver and his son were also very helpful.”
