“Mercedessource is definitely a useful asset with much information for the home mechanic. The products are generally good quality. But you have to realize that Kent is in the business of selling information and merchandise. Most if not all of his videos are geared toward solving your problems, real or imagined, by selling you a cure. I own a '81 240d with 345,000 mi. I bought it with 97,000 mi. It has been very reliable and I service it myself. Also owned a '84 300 turbo until recently. I gleaned many useful tips from watching the videos. However they must be taken with a grain of salt.”
