I wandered into this shop on a midday wellness walk—one of those “step away from the project chaos” kind of moments—and instantly felt myself exhale.
San Fran and Black Mission Fig roll-on oils caught my attention right away. These scents ground me in the present, like a breath that goes just a little deeper. They feel like new chapters in a bottle, stirring memories and calm in equal measure. I love how scent can anchor you, and these do exactly that.
The shop itself is a cozy, inviting gem. It’s full of beautifully made, locally crafted products—everything from high-quality essential oils to unique notecards. You can easily lose track of time just exploring and breathing it all in. The staff are warm and welcoming, adding to the sense that you’ve stumbled into somewhere special.
Highly recommend—for yourself, or as a place to find the perfect gift.

Since our first online soap order during the pandemic, we have LOVED the products and the people who run MW Soapworks. It is one of regular stops when we visit Bellingham. Highly recommend their products and vibe!!

One of the coolest local businesses in the area and owned by phenomenal people. All of their products smell amazing and feel great! Plus, I love that they have a combo of their handcrafted self-care products (all amazing, by the way) as well as offer items from other small/local artisans. Definitely recommend this spot!

Great spot for natural skincare, cute gifts, and the best soap ever! Andrea and Teddy are the best, and they carry incredible products. Coffee peppermint is my favorite soap scent!

Teddy at the front counter was super helpful, friendly and funny. This is a very welcoming store with a huge selection and good prices. I purchased two soaps and they leave my hands feeling SO SOFT!!! They smell amazing too.
Will definitely be returning. 5/5 would recommend
