Not sure why there's so many negative reviews about this place. My wife and I bought a 4runner here a year ago and haven't had any issues with it. Got it at a good price I think too. No excessive fees added. We're very happy with it.

We bought a truck from this guy. He said if there was a problem let him know. We found out the next week from two different shops the transmission was bad and needed a rebuild costing $4000-$5000. We called Nice Cars to let him know. He argued and yelled at us on the phone and denied there was a problem. He did not offer any restitution, money or repairs. Then he hung up on us. Buyer beware! He seems really nice and tells interesting stories but is a crooked used car salesman.

Bob comes off as a nice Grandpa and an honest guy, but if you are looking for a seller who will be truthful with you, he is not your guy. He will say whatever it takes to sell you a car. We caught him in numerous lies about the history and repairs of the vehicle we were looking at. Do not trust Bob!

We agreed to buy a car sight unseen from Bob because the car was exactly what we wanted. A 1998 Black Toyota RAV4 4x4. We drove 600 miles one way and bought the car 2/14/21. He said the car was immaculate, one owner, had been in the garage, straight body, etc.and had the CarFax to prove that all he said was true. He claimed the car was "like new". It was a 5 star ad. We bought the car for $3500. He did not provide a copy of the CarFax and when I asked him for it (3 times after purchasing the car) he never delivered. I bought my own copy of the CarFax. I can see why he did not give me one. The CarFax report was not the same as the ad. I am the 4th owner of the car. The car was in good condition but not excellent. It was not a straight body. It had a few minor dings, we replaced a front fender, and we had to straighten the doors because 3 didn't shut right. The driver's door had some loose bolts. We had to replace the rear differential mount and it needed an alignment. It was not immaculate and required a lot of cleaning. The car was advertised with 170K miles. It actually had 178K miles. When I confronted him about this, he mumbled something about "not having time" for things like that. I have been driving the car for two months now. Fortunately, the car runs very well and we really like it. I just wish I could say this man is an honest car dealer. I am glad we did not pay a lot for the car.

This guys a lil bit strange... My other half and I have stopped at this lot twice. He claims he's 1st gen Toyota specialist but he doesn't know ALL his "Toyota's" are 2nd gen. Even I know that and I'm not very knowlegable about vehicle's. Then you have cash in hand and ready to buy and NONE of them are for sale. Maybe he needs some customer service classes. Obviously I did not buy a vehicle cuz none were for sale. Both times!

BEWARE: I bought a car from Bob for $4,500, who told me it was in excellent condition, worked through, and reliable. He talked me up for hours. 2 months later the car broke down with the transmission needing to be completely rebuilt. That cost me $3,000. That's a used car for the price of two! I let Bob know this happened and he wouldn't even respond. This place is a sham and a shame. These people are con artists.

Bought a Ford Explorer from Nice Cars. The engine light came on the second day after I bought it. I brought it back in, they had it for 2 days, a week later it came back on and started flashing. .I was told by Bob the salesman that the vehicles engine had been gone over thourghlyObviously that is not true.. I found out what's wrong with it and I am no mechanic , the.7th cylinder is not firingI'm looking for a mechanic to have it fixed.Just be careful.

Do not buy from here. Bob was a nice guy and very easy to talk to at the dealership. But that all pchanges right after you buy a vehicle. My wife and I bought a very clean vehicle and within 2 days of owning the vehicle the check engine light came on, transmission went to complete crap, and there are problems with the cars computer system. It is pretty obvious that they just cleared the codes and knew the check engine light would come back on. This is one of the dirtiest things you can do as a salesman. I called Bob for help 2 days after I bought the car and his response was "And why are you calling me?" He showed no remorse whatsoever in the lemon that he sold me. This was the absolute WORST car buying experience we've ever had.

Don't let the negative reviews fool you. These really are some nice cars.

This Bob cat is a untruthful, manipulating, con artist thief. He prays on people who are in a tight spot. Selling horrible vehicles as reliable. "Nice" cars? The vehicle described in his ad is completely opposite of what we got. False advertising. Short test drive so you didn't get to see how it really handled. Please be warned and do not give this man your hard earned money.

BUYER BEWARE! I was told there was nothing wrong with the car I bought. Toyota Camry. Old but "with lots of life left in it". Bob did not disclose that antifreeze was leaking into the oil. Head gasket blown! He refused to do anything to make it right though he admitted he failed to disclose the real condition of the car. Don't waste your money! He is a total scam artist!

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I bought my wife a Jetta from this place because she had just gotten her license. The salesman was not very bright. He thought our brand new Kia Sorento was one of his used cars because it was parked in his overcrowded junkyard. A few days after buying the Jetta, the check engine light came on (which is probably why he had us do a very short test drive). We went back to him and he said, "It was normal for VW cars to have a check engine light to turn on when the exhaust pipe is just a little clogged." We then took it to a good mechanic and found out that not only did the exhaust pipe need to be replaced but it was also leaking oil very badly. To fix it, it would have cost us a lot more than what we bought the car for. Then if that isn't bad enough... a lot of mold was growing everywhere inside. Water kept covering the floor and nobody could figure out where it was coming from. It appears that we were sold a car that was flooded. Mold got into the CD player and it stopped working. Also, the trunk latch broke and could not stay closed. This $3000 mistake will always haunt me and I strongly advise anyone to never do business with this crooked dealership.

Do not waste your time. We consigned a vehicle with Nice Cars last year and upon first impression had an excellence experience. We left our service manuals, vehicle maintenance records and a spare key with Bob in good faith that if the consignment weren't to work out it would all be returned. After 4 months the car hasn't sold so we canceled the consignment and picked up our vehicle and was told they would look for the manuals, etc. Fast forward to 5 months later and many phone calls with promises “We will look for them and call you back.†Only to have nobody call us back. Over and over we had to call to follow up and got the same answer. There were no efforts or suggestions to compensate for the over $100 in service manuals, priceless documents of service to our vehicle and spare key. When I called today I dealt with an argumentative Bob - totally different than the friendly persona on day one. Disappointed is an understatement. Unprofessional, sloppy, and bad customer service. Be sure to do your research. We took the chance and paid the price. There are more than just google reviews that warn shoppers - VW TDI forums also.
