I thought I was being taken care of and that I was in good hands like they promised me. They told me that their trucks go through vigorous 146 whatever point inspection. A month later I'm stuck on the side of the road with 2 leaking valves and after taking it to my mechanic telling me there are 10!!!! Error codes regarding the transmission.Defrosters for my mirrors don't even work.I bought bumper to bumper for this reason and now they won't honor it . They want me to pay over 200 dollars to get it towed to them after this was their fault . Stay away very unsatisfied with their customer service.Update: Received the Truck back to now find out while in their possession the passenger side mirror was damaged and scratched and now my turns signals on the left side do not work. This is embarrassing spending over 40k to have thing not work or for things to be damage under their care. I have now waited 2 weeks just to get this part replaced and to have to go back there to make me wait till almost closing to tell me that I have to come back again. This has been a nightmare. Losing time and money having to leave work for their incompetence.

Service department is great - Used car sales are not so good. One week after buying my car the passenger airbag light went on. I was told this is NOT covered by the $5000 warranty I purchased. It is a $1350 bill. The dealership will cover 50% of it, which is nice. I’ll have to cover the rest plus transmission fluid has never been replaced. That’s another $350. So never buy a car from them ‘as is.’ The sales guy told me they are a volume dealer, so the cars have to be good. For a Cadillac with 70,000 miles, this lasted me ONE week. Beware everyone this is typical old-fashioned, used car sales at Bellingham Cadillac, Chevrolet.

In the process of fulfilling a customer's service request, we encountered a requirement for a specialized OEM tool. Our diligent efforts to procure this tool revealed a lengthy waiting period. However, we are immensely grateful to the team at NW Chevy, who generously extended their assistance by providing us with the necessary tool. This act of generosity allowed us to promptly complete the job, ensuring our customer's vehicle was back on the road without delay. Unethical. They smilingly shake your hand while shaking you down. This is why car dealers have a bad reputation. We negotiated the price of a used car, we told the salesman to take the extended warranty off the table. He did. We shook on it, he congratulated us. When we signed the loan paperwork the sales manager whisked us through, kept talking, he did not point out the extended warranty that they snuck in. They did not even give us any paperwork or any further information about the extended warranty. Why are car dealerships allowed to do this? They know they are being unethical. Do not buy from these people. Shady is an understatement.

Absolutely underhand sales strategy. Told the salesperson that we didn't want any of the extended warranty or other add on. When the paperwork was presented, rushed through the signing by the "manager" reviewing the paperwork this morning see $2999 for extended warranty in the financing agreement. Absolutely stunned and disappointed. I know it's on us to do a better job of reviewing what we sign but we trusted the dealer. Shame on us but even more shame on them for such underhand and deceitful sales practices. Steer well clear.

This service department is absolutely phenomenal. The people who work here are more than just dedicated professionals. They are also courteous and kind. I am so glad I purchased my car here. They know the car and take excellent care of it and me.I also appreciate the little extras in their waiting room. Not only coffee and tea, but snack bars and bottled water.

I bought a 2020 Honda and my sales rep was Tin. He was awesome and worked with me tirelessly. I must say the man who worked in finances, Josh was also awesome. He never tried 'pushing' (which I detest) me to buy special packages. He explained everything exactly and didn't use the 'get it now' method. Kudos to you guys. G Taylor

All around a completely hassle free experience. I live 2 states over and they were getting a hard to find truck. Called them to see if it was available to reserve and it still was so I put down a deposit over the phone. Got weekly updates about the status of the truck and when to expect its arrival. Got paperwork started digitally to save time in person. I had to fly in to pick up the truck and McKenna was waiting at the door when I left the airport. Everything was ready when we got to the dealer. Signed the remaining paperwork and got my temp tags/permit and was on my way. My plane landed at 1:15pm and I pulled out of the lot in the new truck at 1:58pm. Definitely impressive work by everyone involved and would definitely purchase from here again

As a long time customer, our family through the years have bought around 8 to 9 cars from this dealership. The last car we bought was a lemon and had nothing but problems. In and out the shop with many months without a vehicle. Vehicle is currently in the shop for a part with NO eta and went there to buy a new vehicle to keep my family on the road but They wouldn’t absorb the balance because they would lose money but never had the problem taking my money through the years of being loyal. they were more focused of the money lost than a decade of loyalty. Very unfortunate.

I have spoken to Josh in finance and was told I will be given the refund check in 2 installments for the full amount of the package. I will remove my review when this is made right.Thank you Josh.I purchased my Camaro from NW Chevy in December of 2022. Aspen, the sales woman I worked with was great, responsive and accommodating.The service department, for the few service needs I have had has been adequate.Now we get to the financing department and Rob Robbins. I sat down in his office and we discussed all the financing options, and he inquired about extended warranty. A package I was told was $7700. I told Rob that my plan was to have the car paid off in a year, (a goal I am still on pace with), and that I was used to doing my own repairs and for that reason I would not be wanting an extended warranty. He said okay and asked if we could discuss it again when the vehicle arrived from being shipped, I agreed that we could discuss it again when the car arrived.He gave me a paper to sign about the extended warranty which I asked him directly if this was paperwork consenting to purchase of the extended warranty, he told me that this was just signing to say he disclosed it, and that if I wanted to do the warranty when the car arrived, their would be additional paperwork. It turns out the paper I signed was not for disclosure, but in fact to do exactly what I requested not to, signing for the extended warranty.When I dropped off the check to begin the shipment process for the car, I asked if the extended warranty was on there cause I had a feeling it may have been added, Rob told me he would check and get back to me, he never did. Just one of many times he had promised to get back with to me and failed to do so.When I found this on my loan package I reached out to Rob immediately in January, now nearly 9 months later I have been fighting with Rob to get my money back, of which he has had a plethora of excuses and 0 results as to why I have not had my money returned.I have been incredibly kind and understanding to this point but I see that has gotten me nowhere nearly 9 months later. I am requesting a call from the owner of the dealership or whoever I need to speak to to get my money back in full for the $7300 package I explicitly told Rob I did not want and have been lead on for months on end to try and get back.This has single-handedly ruined an otherwise decent car buying experience. Being directly lied to is not a good way to do business and after all this time I have spent I need to be reimbursed in full as soon as possible.
