This place is awesome and the staff is super awesome! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because they are only open until 6pm mon-sat and 5pm on Sundays. This makes it pretty much impossible to access your unit if you have a job or a busy day

This place is the best!!! I can’t rave enough about it: From the clean and organized facilities to the good smells to warm friendly and personal greetings from Susan to the ample supply of high quality flatbeds and equipment, it makes storing your things easy and breezy! Highly recommend!!! ?

Excellent customer service! Friendly and helpful staff. I initially called inquiring about rates, and the lady who answered was very patient and informative. Place is clean and secure. Glad I chose to rent a unit from them.

Great customer service! Talk about an ease of service applying, signing up, and ease of access! Most importantly I appreciated all of the moving supplies (i.e. dolly, cart, etc) you are able to use when moving around in the building. I highly recommend Northwest Heated Storage in Bellingham!
