“After two and a half years of sitting at a desk at my first office job my lower back started to hurt with any physical exercise. I did my research and suspected my posture had changed due to the amount of sitting so I went to see a physical therapist and find out what I needed to do to correct it. They gave me some simple postural exercises and recommended at I set up my work station to support my posture. Roy knew exactly what I was going through and was able to help set me up in a chair that felt like it was built for me. He understood the by products of poor posture and knew his furniture.
