Love wondering this store. Wide variety of products, good sales and decent pricing. I used the self serve for faxing and it's so convenient. I think close to $7 for faxing 3 pages is steep but the convenience of it I guess. I want to RAVE about the staff! Everyone was so nice! Attentive and friendly! Didn't mk me feel stupid or that the were inconvenienced by my questions. Great staff??

Since 2003 OfficeMax has given me outstanding service with computer purchases, tech support, and printing photo calendars.
I wouldn't shop anyone else!

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Quick to help when checking out, asking a question or if you need help finding something. Shoutout to mason for being super chill and friendly, helped me print some important applications today.

Usually has what I need, good service. The only warning I have for people is the TOL gel ink pens. These pens, that I love, do not keep long. Last time I bought a pack of a dozen or so. I did not use them fast enough and they started to leak gel ink from just sitting around. This is a mfg. problem no a store problem so just a heads-up to customers. 3 starts cause the store should know this stuff and post a sign or no sell pens (and other stuff) with an expiration date.

4 out of 5 times, the print center fails us. The website is temperamental, the associates typically don’t have consistent or accurate information, and our print order gets messed up most times.
Yesterday, when they weren’t able to fulfill a same-day print order due to being out of stock on product, they didn’t call me to discuss my options or revise my order, instead they sent my $75 order to another store out of the area to be delivered a week later.
Very poor customer service.

Every time I come here for something it's priced twice as high as on the website and I have to ask the cashier to manually adjust the price. It has happened consistently enough at this point that it feels intentional.

My mother passed away last month and the memorial service is this weekend. My father, understandably, has been overwhelmed with preparations. We went to Office Max on Thursday to print the memorial pamphlets, which I thought would be plenty of time. We were told they could not be printed on time because they were really overwhelmed with orders. Cliff, the general manager, saw our distress and went above and beyond to make sure we had our pamphlets printed that night. What a gem!!! He saw my father's despair and not only helped us get the job done on time, but also made sure we felt supported and cared for in our time of need. What an angel! I will be forever grateful to Cliff for helping us through such a difficult time. The world needs more amazing humans like him.
