My battery died when I was passing through Bellingham, and luckily O'Reilly Auto Parts was within 100 meters from our car. We waited over 1.5 hours for AAA and no one came. We walked over to to O'Reilly Auto Parts and there was a helpful staff member, Donovan, who tried to help us find the right battery for our Toyota Highlander. Unfortunately, they didn't have the right battery in stock, but he gave me suggestions where to find the battery and walked over to our car to assist in jump starting. Super nice guy! Thanks Donovan!

Amazing service, I had both my headlights go out at night so I made an emergency stop here and the two gentlemen help me for about 20 minutes with changes the lights

Best auto parts store in Bellingham. We were helped by Summer! We needed a front beam light replacement early in the morning while it was slushy and cold out and she assisted us. Very much appreciated!

Our battery warning light illuminated as we were in Bellingham. Melissa went above and beyond to help us diagnosed the problem . We got our car back to our shop safely in Canada. Really appreciate the help !

I was looking for a specific product to help with some minor scratching/rub on my car's paint. I found it online and it said it was in stock. I've dealt with many stores that say that, and then you go all the way there only to find it's not in stock at all. I walked in and found my product in less than a minute. The store was clean and well organized. Thanks!
