The staff at the storage facility went out of their way to help me when the door on my unit got stuck. It turned out, something fell against the door, and we were unable to open it. I was pressed for time and unsure what to do. Brittany and Joe went out of their way to find a work around with my schedule And, more importantly, found a solution to get the storage unit door to open. I am grateful to both of them.

Online setup was easy, and when I accidentally drove to the wrong facility, Joe was incredibly helpful in getting me fully checked in and activated from my phone registration, and then was able to provide me with excellent directions to the correct location.

I had a unit here for almost a year. I think it is the cheapest rate around town. It wasn’t bad until the winter. They are understaffed so it is really hard to talk to a person, they manage multiple locations. The hours are short, you lose access at 9pm, and if you’re in there after 9 you’re stuck. There was multiple times in the winter where the gates were closed with no warning and you were not able to access your unit; they do not plow or de ice at all. I finally decided to leave after an email I received saying they were raising my monthly rate (in this coming June). I called and a rep said to just let them know when the unit was vacant. So I do that, call 2 weeks later and they say I don’t get a refund for part of the month because I didn’t give notice. If you’re going to put your stuff here and not access it this place would probably be fine. But if you’re going to access it often and might want to get in touch with someone to talk about something you might want to look elsewhere. You get what you pay for.

Horrible experience. Online portion did not work. Chat help was useful but when the pain called they could not assist with navigation of their own processes. After signing docs online, had website difficulty and abandoned process with representative awareness. I was still charged for the services, which I never used. I asked for a refund and was given a partial refund despite having never used the unit or the lock. This company is a predatory organization focused solely on profit, rather than customer experience or understanding how their processes cause harm.
